Description of Work: Called for an estimate. Came out the next day, took some measurements but couldn't go up on the rook due to rain. Said he would be back to look at roof. Never heard from him again despite two telephone calls to his "machine". He was recommended to me by a mutual friend and former customer - plus Angie's list.
