I was matched with this company on Home Advisor. After the appointment was booked through the site I even called them to make sure that they would indeed be out at the time that was quoted to me. 3:30 comes around on my appt day and no sign of them. I figured maybe they were running late so I waited til 4:30 and still no sign of them. At this point they lost my trust to hire them as I never heard from them that they would be late. I didn’t bother to call, because I’m not going to chase after someone. If they wanted my business they would have reached out to me. So now I will find someone else that makes a good first impression.

The contractor fixed a hard to find roof leak and promised to come back if there were any further issues.

They had to work around some rainy weather; they finalized the repairs very quickly. They cleaned up and removed all work debris.

They came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and provided an inspection report. It took a little longer than expected, but all and all it has great information and I will be strongly considering them to do the repairs.
