Luigi explained the problems with my old door openers after trying to fix both of them. He is very thorough and did excellent work. The best part was that the company did not rapid fire 5 calls to my cell phone.....like a different company did without leaving any voicemail message...1 call from CT Garage Door Service was all i needed and after we spoke the appointment was set for the same day and work completed. Every element of the job was a la carte. Heavy up-selling. $90 diagnosis fee seemed excessive to confirm that the spring was in fact broken and in need of replacement.

Came quickly and fixed the door problems quickly, plus a little additional Svcs to lube the mechanism.
