CAP Wood Floor

The work started off well on time and on budget, however after the first round of completion we noticed a ton of debris under the urethane and lots of bubbles. We asked Marcel to come back and redo the floors. He agreed, however he only lightly screened the floors. This appeared to be acceptable, though some debris was still noticeable. We renegotiated the price after the inconvenience and due to move in constraints accepted the floors. However after 2 months of living on the floors the urethane is peeling and cracking EVERYWHERE. So badly we don't even want them to come back to try and fix it again. Just so so sad, thier pricing is good, but they must use old or cheap product. Beware your floors will turn to crap beyond quickly and the money spent will be a huge waste. The photos may look like scratches but they are bubble and cracked urethane on all the joint of the wood. So so disappointed I can't even explain.

We gut renovated the first floor two bedroom unit of a 2 family home for either resale or as a rental. After reading reviews on Angie's List I decided to contact CAP Flooring along with two other contractors for estimates. After careful review, I contracted with CAP . From the first day of our initial meeting, Marcelo provided me with excellent service. He reviewed all my concerns, revolving around the terrible condition of the old existing floors , priced out the addition of a new hardwood floor that would match the existing and made suggestions on what stain would look the best. Because of the total renovation, I ran into some conflicts with building inspection, other delays with contractors, during this time Marcelo remained consistent and professional, working with me to get the job completed as promised. I am extremely happy with the final results and can say without hesitation, CAP Flooring met my expectations. I will be contracting CAP/ Marcelo for another project set to begin soon.

Provider did excellent work and was finished in 2 days. He arrived at the exact time he said he would, a rare experience for me. Floor came out great and makes my tiled kitchen floor "pop" against the wood. Would highly recommend Cap Wood Flooring.

I wanted it to be fast, I needed to have everything ready for thanksgiving day. On early Wednesday morning, the work began. He made a very clean and professional work, removed the old one, clean floor and began to install the wood floor that I had chosen. He take care each detail. I am very happy with the result. The difference is amazing! Surely you'll have this for another project I have in mind, my master bedroom :)

It took him approxitmatly 3 days to finish the job. The wood for the floor was perfect. Everything was measured right. The price of it was cheap. Unlike like other hard wood company this one would give you th right price. Other companies would have to be payed over $3000. I would recomend El Hornero. I was very happy when he was finished.

The gentleman told me exactly how many days the work would end. And so it was. I recommend all my friends. Thanks for everything.
