Very informative and professional

Rob and his team of subcontractors did a whole slew of work at our property. Including, a brand new kitchen, complete interior painting, hardwood floor restoration, deck repair, bathroom upgrade and electrical work like installing ceiling fans, chandelier and lights. I was very impressed with Rob as a contractor & a project manager, he has a very good understanding of what needed to be done and in which sequence to optimize / reduce the project time. I was also impressed with the quality of work by all of his subcontractors, they were all very professional and did an excellent job. One thing that I was very impressed with Rob was his responsiveness; even though he was managing multiple jobs he was always responsive to my calls and took care of anything that I brought to his attention. He always aimed to make sure that we were happy with the result of the work and took corrective actions if we were not completely satisfied with any aspects of the work. I would certainly use Rob for any future renovation / remodeling job and I highly recommend Rob without any reservation for remodeling projects big and small, he is an excellent contractor. As testimony to the quality of his work many of my relatives loved the kitchen he built and took his number to call him for their projects. Good luck to Rob and his team and continued success. Keep doing the great work and being responsive to your customers needs.

The project went extremely well. Everyone showed up as promised, did great work and there were no surprises. Rob Tell, the owner of RJT, is a great person, really helpful, knows his stuff and every member of his team worked hard and did quality work. RJT is the best contractor we have ever worked with (and we have worked with several contractors over the past few years, having remodeled our kitchen, dining, laundry and powder rooms and having installed hardwood flooring for the upstairs.) He provided expertise and guidance where needed and let us make our own decisions about things once we had all the information. The resulting remodeled bathroom is showroom quality. Whatever we do next, we will call Rob. He is a pleasure to work with, highly competent, patient, well priced, flexible and very experienced in his field. We would definitely recommend him to anyone for remodeling work.

They seemed to know what they were talking about and they were fair. However, we didn't go with them. I got a feeling they were a small operation. We needed a larger crew because our job was pretty involved.

Very well. Rob Tell was a pleasure to work with. He knows what he's doing, had his work crew there when he said he would, is very flexible, communicative, made good suggestions, had ideas of ways to save money on the job.

Rob and his team were honest, punctual, professional, and did excellent work. He was available everytime I had a question and was eager to correct or fix any problems that came up. They finished our big job within 3 weeks and it looks amazing. Rob is friendly, enthusiastic, and someone I would recommend to my friends and family.

Rob & his team were great. They did an awesome job and were friendly and efficient. They were neat and clean and did exactly what I wanted. Rob picked up the tiles from the warehouse which I felt was an "extra" without charging me for that extra time. I would certainly use them again.

The process was great. We were looking to have this work done for sometime, but every contractor we had in to get an estimate from either was out of our budget or we did not trust being on our home. Rob was great, he showed up early for our appointment and was in communication with us every step of the way. We received an emailed estimate within 24 hours, it was within our budget and we decided right away we were going to go ahead with RJT Remodeling. Rob and his crew started when they said they would, were clean and very respectful of our home. They ripped the bathroom apart the 1st day, cleaned everything up and started tile the 2nd day, finished tile day 3, installed vanity and plumbing day 4, painted and did finishing touches day 5. Rob really made the process easy for us by helping us pick the products and keeping us updated on what was happening and what the plan going forward was. When they were done we also decided to have them paint our bedroom because they were great.
