Excellent. Mike was very responsive; the price was good; and his crew arrived precisely on time. The job was completed on schedule and the clean-up was meticulous. We are very pleased.

This is further to my review rated F. Once we began communicating by e-mail rather than phone messages, Mike was very responsive and made the necessary repairs. Very happy with the work performed and would certainly use him again.

Everything was fine until a year after the original roofing job. Then there were leaks that soaked the area next to the bed in the master bedroom. Redard was slow to respond to our voice . It took 2-3 weeks. He came, checked the roof and assured us he would have a crew there in a couple of days. Weeks later they came and went. A couple of months later, the same leak reappeared. Again it took many voice mails over many weeks before he came again and promised results. A few months later the leak was backand we did the same voice mail waiting for weeks dance. After that repair, we haven't seen the leak again...so far. For us, while Redard never asked for more money, since the roof is under warranty, it was not a good experience.

They were very professional, courteous and responsive. They came on time and finished the work in timely manner. They did a very good job and I was happy with the quality of service.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN THEIR WORK. THEY FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD & THE COST WAS THE SAME AS WHAT THEY HAD ESTIMATED. WHEN THEY HAD COMPLETED THE WORK, THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA.
