Prompt service, very professional. Worked with me on my ideas. I have a home over 200 years old and difficult to work on. Nothing is straight or plum. Worked very hard to make sure everything looked good and matched the house. Looking forward to having them work for me again.

They completed a bathroom remodel of which tile was a part. Worked with us to choose tub, toilet and sink. Helped with choosing colors and such, and were amenable to suggestions as job progressed. They finished the job within estimate, and results are terrific. Tile work is great. I highly recommend them.

I met with several other contractors and Edgemills Remodeling was extremely expensive.

Literally, the decks are BRAND new (were completed in a week in January). First time deck was used, the railing just came apart, it was not cut to the right length or secured in. Caps off railing posts just fly off in the wind. Unappealing portion stairs visible.. I'm guessing trim should be applied to it. Lattice is bowed and warped as if its been there for years, very unappealing. I was willing to look past a lot of things, until neighbors started noticing things immediately and then obviously the railing falling off was upsetting. The structure of the deck itself appears to be solid and built well. The immediate appearance of the deck upon completion was very good, but it appears it wasn't built ready to handle use on a regular basis. I'm not the type of person to complain, but for $4,000 we were expecting these decks to withstand years of use.

Two partner contractors contradicting themselves constantly , making a deal with one, the other not respecting any terms, instead constantly asking for more and more money for lesser and lesser work... save yourself a headache...........a major headache !!!!

The guys built a excellent set of Trex stairs and railing to match, as I said a great job . well done guys hope to see you again.

Tom and Chuck were courteous and professional. They were very informative and gave me good advice about about my project.

I hired this company to paint the walls of one bedroom and the small ceiling in another room. The quality of the work was beyond my ability to understand. My ten year old could have done better i.e. wall paint on the ceiling and vice versa, paint dripping down the walls and brush strokes, bare spots or barely painted areas throughout. I am very disappointed with this project. I provided the paint and they charged me $700 for one room with a 50% deposit. I stopped payment on the remaining payment and I am considering litigation. This is the WORST job I have ever seen. Please advise them not to contact me. I am not interested in anything they may have to say. They have my $350.

They arrived on time; installed vinyl sheet flooring in my bathroom as well as some plumbing work. They did exactly as I requested and gave me an excellent idea how to finish off work that was already completed. The men paid attention to detail; were fast, clean and pleasant to talk to. I will definitely hire them again.

Knowledgeable , they have ideas

Absolutely poor workmanship. No craftiness at all. Below prospectively grade work. Prep work on sheet rock was just horrible. Only one coat of paint was applied, totally patchy work. After applying second at our request, the horrible prep work came through and is very visible. Still white patches left around trim that was plastered and sanded. Wood trim was cut too long along floor, pushed in to corner and bowed out instead of removing and cutting to size. Not one mitered corner fits well. There was paint on the new rug, spackle all over the kitchen tile from repair in kitchen ceiling. BAD!

The guys were great; responsive, called when they were going to be only 5 minutes late, were early the next day, attentive to details and did a fabulous job on our floors. Would hire them again in a hot second!

Ed and Chuck were very easy to work with, they were on time, did incredible workmanship, shifted plans at my request ( about 5 times) and never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt the job was done on time in budget and looks great better than I thought it would. I would recommend them to anyone and if you hire them you won't be sorry thanks Sharon
