Tim responded promptly with a phone call and even made some helpful suggestions on solving our problem. When these did not solve the issue he came the next day and within a few minutes had diagnosed our issue and solved it. His rates are very reasonable . He is honest and a genuine professional a rare find these days.

Tim was a true professional and exceeded my expectations in terms of service, expertise, and quality. He was gracious enough to drive to my house and pick up my computer. Within 24 hours he was able to replace my crashed hard drive AND restore my lost files and data. Tim was extremely honest and asked all the right questions to make sure my computer would be back to the original state prior to crashing and then delivered my restored computer right to my door. First, Tim G is a very nice man. He is a type of person that feels that you knew him for 30 years. Second, Tim attacked the issue which was a non-working computer. He it it up and running within 5 minutes. That says it all. Will hire again if need be called.
