Administratively a little weak in communications but work done was excellent. Artie and his crew were friendly and easy to work with. Now that I know what to expect in how they work, I would use them again.

Responsive to my call and quickly came to give an estimate. Scheduled a convenient day to do the window cleaning. Two courteous and professional men arrived as scheduled at 8:30AM and after a few hours my windows were crystal clear. Angie's List also had a 5% coupon so I saved $9.00. I will always use Peeping Tom and I love the name.

They arrived at the appopinted time . Began work immediately and were very well supervised. I felt perfectaly confident the would do a great job and performed well and on time.

From first encounter with Tina, the job went beautifully. Even the rescheduling caused by Hurricane Sandy was seamless. The guys who did the work were prompt, neat, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely use Peeping Tom's again.

In summary, they repeatedly said they would come and do an estimate to clean my windows (a 5,000+ square foot home with LOTS of windows!)...never did and day after day was a new "excuse" why they couldn't come or they couldn't find me. Eventually, after 2 weeks of a run around I just gave up this week and looking elsewhere... I spoke to a "Tina" (who was nice on phone and apparently under the weather so apparently she couldn't come eventually after some multiple days that she would be there and then didn't show) and then supposedly the owner "Artie" who despite detailed info provided to Tina about address, zip code and detailed directions given to her, I then went through the same cycle with him for about a week and at the end he was saying "I thought you were in a different Millstone"...huh? My house is about 25-30 minutes from Woodbridge so distance shouldn't be an issue, plus with size of home and # of windows, one would think they would be interested in the work, but I guess they were not. This was my first try with Angie's list and am disappointed and wonder whether the positive reviews are legit?

Spoke with one of the guys. He said he would be here in a couple of days to do the estimate. He said we didn't need to be here. That's the last I heard.

I have never seen workers this diligent, fast, quiet and respectful. They ask before they enter the home. And the only thing they leave behind is a houseful of sparkly windows.

Office person very professional and courteous when making arrangements. Workers came on two separate days. Came on time and finished work in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend and would use again.

They showed up early, we're very quiet and professional and the job they did was fantastic. Some of our windows are 3 stories high and they did both inside and out awesomely. They also gave me a quick and accurate estimate. Really happy with the job. They also were su per nice guys. Use them, they are worth it.

The estimator missed a first appointment, without calling, but the rest of the job was entirely professional. The two gentlemen who did the washing were quiet, diligent and experienced, and left the windows sparkling.

Very pleased with the work the 2-man crew from Peeping Tom's did. They were on-time (we had an 8am appointment and they were working just past 8am), professional and did VERY good work (the windows look great)! We will definitely use them again.

The windows on my 1910 two story four-square had never been washed in the 8 years I owned it. I thought it was a naturally dark house. Wow. after this company cleaned it even my neighbors commented about how much better they could see in my windows. A father and son duo came out, sudsed, scraped, rinsed and dryed my windows. They took off the screens and storm windows, they opened windows that had been painted shut forever. I was amazed and astounded at the work they did, and the effort they put it. Definitely worth every penny, and I will definitely use again. They were at my house for probably eight hours!

He was really good. He was very prompt and actually came a little bit early. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait about 2 months for him to do the work because he was very, very busy. The summer was almost over so I couldn't get the circulation through the house like I had hoped because my air conditioner was broken. He was very good and I don't really have anything to complain about.

They came with the right equipment to do the job. They did good work at a fair price. They came at the time they said they would. They came did the work and were gone.

Three men cleaned my windows inside and out including screens and three sliding glass doors. They arrived on schedule, were very efficient, considerate of my home and pleasant. They answered all my questions and did a fine job. The windows sparkle!

My overseas guests were due to arrive in ten days. I decided the windows really needed cleaning. Even though Peeping Toms was very busy, the manager assessed the job and found time to send out the team within a few days. They did a great job. They even took out all the screens and washed them down. The guys were worth a good tip!
