Marty was friendly, professional, efficient and willing to answer all our questions patiently. In terms of customer service, he was exceptionally flexible and attentive to our requests. His price was reasonable and he didn't nickel and dime us on minor issues that arose. All this contrasts with other experiences we've had with other hvac technicians. I hired Martin due to his feedback rating and because he actually answered the phone. I scheduled him to come out on a Friday and he ended up calling me to inform me he had to postpone due to a tire issue. That set us back a day. When he found out what my problem was, it was late in the day and the parts supplier was too far to get to within a reasonable time. I had to wait two days to get the part and then there was another issue. The equipment wasn't cooperating. Once the final piece was secured, the work got done. He was very reasonable in price for all of his efforts. over 3 days.
