Marty did the work, changing the air compressor and taking away the old one, on a Sunday. I didn't have to lose a day at work. He was done in 3 hours.

Martin first came to my home on June 21, 2012 and detected a leak in my AC System. He charged the system with Freon. Called him back on June 25 and said I had to shut off the AC as it was not cooling the house. He recomended a new AC Unit with 3 ton Condesor and 3 1/2 ton coil. Martin ame to bu home on June 27 as promised to install the new AC System. The job was professionally done and the house is very cool now even during the extreme heat we had the last week.

Martin is very professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Martin did not charge me a penny more than his origianl fair estimate - even after discovering a larger problem - he repaired my unit and avoided the cost of replacing entire AC unit -. Great service!!! Highly recommend!!!!

My furnace broke down due to under the water from sump pump failed in the basement. I got a plumber checked and gave me a rediculas unreasonable estimate to replace new motor, wheel and circuit board. So, I decided to find a second estimate. Mr. Martom Genser from ServiceMagic gave me a good estimate without replacing the wheel. I gave him the job and my furnace back in running. He did the job with good workmanship. I will ask him for anything I need for my furnace in the future. Thank you.

Martin came to my house, looked at the humidifier and said he do not see any issues but he cannot test becuase there is no humidity to check. It can only be checked in Winter. I really appreciate his honesty. He did not charge me. I surely recommned Martin.
