Valentino and his crew were great. Valentino kept me informed ever day on how the project is going and what to expect in the upcoming days. His crew were very maticulous and paid attention to every little detail in the project. They didnt rush the job just to get it done. They made sure it was done correct. Surprisingly there was very little dust inside the house even while they were tearing down the wall and spackling and sanding. Valentino and his crew are very hard workers. I would recommend them for any of your projects.

Kontos construction was amazing during the addition to our home. I felt very confident the entire process and knew my home would be awesome when completed ! The process was quick and done on time as promised. Our house is now a home for our family to enjoy. The finish product was simply perfect. Kontos construction is an A+ company with A+ work !

Valentino was extremely responsive and professional. I left a message and he called me back promptly and was exactly on time for his estimate. He paid attention to every detail on his walk-through of the property and provided a comprehensive and thoughtful proposal, even offering suggestions for a better renovation project. Unfortunately, that project did not come to pass but Valentino was extremely understanding of the situation and didn't hesitate to offer his services on my next project. I will definitely consider using Kontos construction in the future!

Doing a renovation doesn't always go as smooth as the DIY television shows portray these days but I have to say we hit no major blocks in the road. Bc of the expertise and thorough style of his team, the process went rather smooth. To my surprise they even finished the job earlier than I had anticipated!

Val was extremely professional and reliable. We had a few hiccups along the way (as per any project) but he made sure to go above and beyond to ensure not only the quality of his work but that we were also happy. It was very easy to communicate with him and if we were unsure or had questions about something he was very thorough with his explanation. Val made sure to follow up with us if we had yet to make certain decisions, always keeping our move in date top mind. We were super excited with the finished product and would not change a thing!

Three things I look for in any contractor. 1. Competitive pricing 2. Professionalism/ meeting deadlines 3. Ability to accept criticism (take the clients side if something wasn't done properly). From start to finish, Valentino did a fantastic job. My wife and I had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled, floors sanded and stained, interior walls painted. He contracted out the work to top notch experts and managed the project in a timely manner. If we had any concerns or needed something changed he'd address it professionally. Our counter tops were chosen and laid out within a couple weeks and painting was finished within a couple of days. Lines along the ceiling were straight. Our floors came out beautiful and we're sanded/stained within a week. The bathroom was our biggest project which was a full gut job. Demo was done in a day however the bathroom itself took a little longer than expected. This isn't due to Valentinos efforts to get it done within our deadline. There were unforeseen challenges that came up (i.e. Floating out the shower wall, waiting on materials, etc...). However the outcome was breath taking. We have our dream bathroom now all made possible by Valentino and his team. See for yourself in the attached images. Yes I'd recommend anyone to Valentino so give him a call!

It was Great! The company was honest, on schedule and professional at all times. Their quality work with quality materials showed at the end of project. Everything was done by code and by the book which left me worry free. I have high confidence that they would do absolutely the best job if hired. I would recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone for general contracting purposes. This company was the best.
