Steve and his team from 24/7 did an awesome job remodeling our master bath bathroom that was 26 years old. Steve was competitively priced but his work was above all. He and his team were polite, clean and respectful of their surroundings. I would definitely recommend 24/7 for your renovation needs.

We hired Steve to do a full house renovation. His team helped install engineered hardwood floors, install drywall and painted. The flooring has become a major issue for us. They constantly creek and are starting to buckle up at this point we are considering replacing them all together. Steve reassured us that he and his team knew how to install engineered hardwood floors, his team did come out to try to remedy the issue, but they are still a problem. In addition, communicating with Steve was very frustrating, at some points he yelled and got aggressive with us over the phone and in person. He left the house filled with dust and there was debris and mortar left in our tub upon them completing the project. Overall I would not feel comfortable hiring his team again.

24 7 Home Renovations did a beautiful job on my renovation , the entire staff was friendly , professional and on time . I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work completed in a timely manner at a fair price .

I would hire them again for any home remodeling or renovation project. We needed a new kitchen and bath, along with some basement remodeling. They worked with us every step of the way and even went above and beyond to finish the job, even as far as staying after hours and weekends. They are neat, tidy and punctual, and their pricing is transparent and to the point.

It went terrible. They didn't seem to know what they're doing. They were very misleading. He misrepresented himself. They did number of things wrong. So, I need to fixed/redo it by myself. It was not the greatest endeavor I ever had. I would like to warn anyone.

We contracted this company to remodel our bathroom. Contract signed. Deposit (50%) made. At the end of week one, Steve said that the deposit check was being held by HIS bank for twelve days, he asked for cash to “cover payroll”. STUPIDLY I gave him CASH to cover the check. From then on it was a daily guessing game if they would show up. The demo went great but when it came to the finishes- the job took a very bad turn. When tiling, there was more glue or thin set on the face of the tile than underneath. The shower curb threshold was tilted out instead of in so water hitting the doors would have flooded the main floor instead of flowing back into the shower. Also the shower floor is not pitched to the drain so we have up to 1/2 inch of water sitting on the floor. We always have to push the water to the drain. When advised of that situation, Steve stopped communicating with us. We have had to hire other contractors to finish and correct what was done improperly. 24/7 did not fulfill their contract.
