It went very well. Manny is a Grade A carpenter. He showed up around 9am, set up camp in front of my driveway and went to work. A few hours later he was done cleaned up and I was very happy with the results

Unfortunately, the source of the leak continues to be a mystery. So now we are at Stage II and I have a call into George to see if a heat sensing camera and/or moisture detector might be useful or if he thinks removing siding where the dormers meet the porch roof is the next step. George was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't want to take a money for the consult, but I insisted.
Description of Work: Came over to my 1902 house to assess leak in porch roof. Spent about an hour with a hose on the porch roof trying to find the leak, but couldn't locate the point of water entry that would result in the leak. Suggested my handyman caulk around all the dormers and silver coat the flat roof just to see if the elusive leak could be stopped. George called me about two weeks later to see if the leak had stopped. (Very nice of him!)
