Description of Work: Outrageous Attitude from Eddie! I have never done a review like this before, however, I must give all a heads up about this guy. I run Store Operations for WindowRama, which has 26 stores in the tri state area. I was looking for a plumber for our East Brunswick location (which could have turned into business from other stores). However, Eddie called and told me he must have payment upfront - and to clear a slow draining toilet that he had not even seen - would be $475!

Description of Work: Due to old bolts on my existing fixture, the job was more difficult than they planned and took longer than planned. There were no additional charges, etc from the field condition and their staff was very professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Lem repaired a pin-hole leak in the copper water pipe. |It took a little extra time since the pipe isn't properly pitched. |He took extra time to be sure the joint did not leak. |Wonderful personality. I will call Eddie when I need plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: I had a leak from under the toilet rim. Eddie told me what steps to take until he could get here the next day. His nephew performed the actual service which ended up just being tightening a couple of screws. He was polite and professional. When I joked about him "working hard in the trenches," he didn't hesitate to get shoe covers for his muddy boots. Good job!
