Eddie O's Plumbing & Heating

First I asked if they could get to my house that day and they did and did not charge any extra. They worked quickly and charged a fair price I would definitely use again.

We had just moved in a couple of months ago and were new to living in a house. Even though our sump pump looked really old we never thought about replacing it. As the snow started melting around the house, I came in one morning and noticed that there was water in the basement due to the failure of the sump pump. Called Eddie O's plumbing and they came over as promised on time the next morning and replaced it. They also replaced the piping from the old plastic tube that we had to PVC piping. Very professional and reliable. I would definitely call them for my other plumbing needs.

Very smooth - the guy came three hours after I placed an order, - as was agreed, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No fuss no drama. But great relief.

They are terrific. They were real professionals and very helpful and very good.

I had some pipes burst due to the extreme cold. Although very busy he came out and quickly capped the line so we had water. WE made an appointment to repair the pipes which burst and he came two days earlier than scheduled having availability. He and his team came in very professional, gave suggestions for keeping pipes warm in these tough temperatures and cleaned up everything before leaving. I truly appreciated that he came late that Saturday so I can get back in my home. I have no doubt he will doing all my future plumbing jobs in my home.

Both jobs went very well. For each service, the response time from returning calls to arriving at my home were good and punctual. Before using Eddie's service, I had an unsatisfactory experience with a different plumbing business. Dealing this past year with Eddie's Plumbing and Heating has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to companies working around the home.

Technicians were prompt, courteous, and went about their business in a professional manor. Initial contact with Eddie was straightforward, honest and lowest by far. work and Clean-up was non intrusive and well done. I had one unanticipated problem with water pressure in kitchen faucet. The technician, return immediately and repaired the kitchen pressure problem at no extra cost. Eddie O will be my first call for any future plumbing projects.

.On July 15 my 1st time using Eddie O's plumbing, I wrote a great review. The two men who came over and replaced my faucets did a great job. I asked them about my upstairs bathroom because the water was coming out of the faucet when the shower was on and it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the water. They told me they could replace the 2 handles with one control.I called Eddie O, left a message. He got back to me and quoted me a price. A day later, they came again, did a great job again. My family loves to take a shower. It is wonderful. I can talk to these plumbers, they are very well-informed. They also helped me with scussions. They told me what they were, when I inquired, where to buy them, and put them on for me. Thank you so much.

It went very well, they cleaned up, they caulked my basement bathroom behind sink because I asked if they can make it look better and now it looks great. I also asked about my upstairs bathroom. I need to change my faucets in the bathtub. They are going to call me with an estimate. I am really happy.

This morning when I went to turn on my kitchen faucet, the handle snapped loose and I could not turn the water off. The faucet was very old, so I decided to purchase a new faucet from Home Depot and have it installed. I called Eddie O's Plumbing & Heating and Eddie answered. He said it would be $125 for the installation and he could do it today. That sounded fair to me, so I asked him to come over. He needed to replace the supply lines as well, so the total price with tax ended up being $153. Everything went fine. Eddie seems very knowledgeable and he is very friendly as well. I am about to have my bathroom completely renovated, and Eddie told me his company does bathroom renovations, so I will be getting an estimate from him for that as well.

This was frustrating because I wouldn't have made plans to be at home for this work to be done. They left a message the next day, saying they could be here that Saturday, but I said just forget about it. I don't understand how you cannot call or show up for an agreed upon appointment.

I needed Eddie to fix a toilet that had overflowed last week in a relative's house. No one knew exactly what happened with the toilet. They only saw that water had leaked into the bedroom & hallway, saturating all the carpets. I live an hour away from this relative, so I could not meet with Eddie. I called Eddie late on Thursday afternoon, and he was able to go to the house first thing Friday morning. Eddie explained everything he thought needed repair and gave me an estimate prior to starting his work. He also called to give me an update once he had completed the job. The only reason I could not rate the quality of Eddie's work is because I have yet to see it. Eddie was very professional during all of our phone conversations. Barring anything unforeseen in relation to this job, I would definitely call Eddie for any plumbing jobs in the future.

I called Eddie for an initial estimate. He wasn't there so I left a message. He got back to me within a half hour. Said he could do the job in three days (this was during the Christmas season) and gave me a quote of $725. My previous plumber wanted $1100 and the problem was their fault in the first place. I agreed. Two men came as promised and finished the job within two hours. They were able to spare us any tile damage. They also replaced my shower head and faucet. They were courteous and professional. The cost was the agreed upon amount. I will definitely call Eddie again.

Excellent service! My 40 + year old toilet was leaking & the shut off valve was not working so the water was running continuously. I called Eddie O's & Eddie came down right away, gave me a price & replaced the shut off valve & installed the toilet . - All in the same day. It was not a simple job since the house is almost 100 years old and it took longer to install the new shut off valve in the old galvanized pipe. Eddie treated me fairly & did not charge me a lot more money even though it took him a lot more time. Eddie & his plumbers were prompt, pleasant & cleaned up after they finished. Eddie even called the next day to make sure everything was OK.

It went great! I am very pleased with the level of service and the professional manner in which everything occurred.

I called Eddie and he came the next morning to give me an estimate. Having gotten estimates from a few different plumbers the year before, his estimate was much lower. Since we needed the water to be turned off by the water company, he told me to let him know when they will come, and he will have a crew here. True to his word, his crew was here bright and early on the agreed date. They even called me to let me know that they were on their way. The work was done as promised. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, and being told there were the "normal" charges for the unforeseen problems. That never happened.

The service is good, the price is reasonable & he's very, very prompt. When you call him he gets back to you within an hour; he's very, very responsive. It took 24 years to find a plumber - I'm glad I found him! I've been very, very happy with his service.

He is very quick to respond. He came almost right away. The service was good and his price was fair. He was very helpful. He cleaned up everything when he finished.

I called their number and the response was prompt and couteous. The plumber kept in touch via cell phone and gave me an appropriate window of time in which he'd arrive. He assessed the problem rather quickly and went to work on it. He explained everything as he was working. He was courteous and informative.

It went great. I've used him for over 10 years and I've never had an issue with him. He's very good at what he does.

After consulting with several providers, Eddie O's was the most reasonable quote received for services. Eddie (Edwardo) came in person to inspect the existing water heater and go over some options. While I was debating to get a 50 gallon, he explained I would probably be wasting energy and not needing so much, given the number of people in the house and the lifestyle. So, no upsell detected. He also helped schedule an inspection and picked up the permits himself. He said I could pay for the exact cost once these were delivered to me. No upsell, and value added services. The "responsiveness" and "punctuality" is a B grade only because the call almost always has gone to an answering machine. However, it also has his cell phone number, and he does answer whenever called. While looking for some other estimates this week, he missed a lunch time appointment. On calling, he was apologetic and said he and his crew was caught in an emergency and would be at my residence shortly. I requested he call before heading out, and he did so very soon. Once here, he went over some options for another job. I am a recent Angie's List member, so wanted to write about this, despite the job being over a year old.

Anything that they have ever done was done well. I highly recommend Eddie O's, they are prompt, reliable and very reasonable. Great company to work with Eddie and all his employees are very professional.

He is fair, fast & he is a down to earth kind of guy. He is not overpriced either. One day I had a gas leak under the crawl space & I was going to have to shut everything off & was really upset with the gas company, but he came out on a Saturday with his son even though he didn't have to just to reassure me & then came out the next couple days later.

Overall the job was done well from what I can see thus far. He has done several jobs for me before in the past both small and medium. He's courteous and reliable. He will call and let you know if he'll be delayed in getting to your home.

A neighbor recommended him, and I have been very pleased with him. He has come out several times for different jobs.
