The young man that they sent was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He was very prompt.

The service was just done yesterday so I can not tell if it was completely successful. The tech will be back in a month to check and make any changes if needed. We signed up for the Tri-yearly service so I have peace of mind that my property will be protected by unwanted pests in our home.

All appears ok, have seen some carpenter ants and will call again for another spray.

Very well. The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. It's an excellent company to do business with.

Very well. Actually was having tree removed and didn't want them to scatter, so they broke the treatment into two days coordinating with tree removal. They pre-treated the day before the tree removal and then came back the next day within hours of the tree work finishing to finish the treatment. Pro-acricely treated indoors just in case. Very accomodating.

Fabulously well. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, took his time, and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. The problems never returned.

Came on time. Performed the service as specified.

I called and spoke to Danielle and described my issue. She had Thomas call me right back. He said it sounded like paver ants and he sent Carmello out to assess my problem. Since I was not home, he called to tell me his findings and he treated for paver ants. I mentioned a few areas of concern outside. He had called my mother to tell her he was coming back over to talk about them, which was surprising. He checked the areas of concern, sprayed, and also inspected for any other problems. I found him extremely knowledgeable and a very nice young man. After ill treatment from a larger company, it was refreshing to have such concern from Carmello and Bowco.

They do a really good job. Very professional. I've been using them since 1999.

I am very happy with the work performed and with the staff. Over the past year I have had several of the technicians out to my residence to perform the tri-yearly service and take care of some bees. Each technician was very polite and took their time to inspect and treat the affected areas. The technicians will educate you as to the insect, bug, or rodent they are treating for and explain the extermination process. In my past experiences, the technicians have always been on time, were very professional, clean, and dressed in a neat appearance. They even wear booties on their shoes when inside my house which makes my wife very happy. I would highly recommend Bowco for any pest control issues.

They arrived when promised. Sprayed (dusted) for bees nest above front porch inside soffit. Within 24 hours buzzing sound and bees were gone. Bees have not returned.

No bedbugs anymore! These guys rock!

While nothing was discovered, Matt was polite, professional and punctual. Most of all, the consultation was free - Other service provides were quoting us charges. I would absolutely give them a call again if needed in the future.

I've used this company before to remove wasps from my home. They did a fantastic job of finding them and removing the same. This time the service was sub standard. The rep said that these critters can crawl through very tiny spaces and could get in anywhere. Duh, that's why I called you. He was not going to look for or fix any entry points, just put down stuff in the area where I told him I heard them. Sooo.. if done his way, I'd have squirrels coming and going and all he would do is keep putting down stuff!! Not what I call pest control!! This may or may not be a reflection on the company, because as I said I've had excellent service before. However, I may think twice before calling them again for anything other than wasps.

.The tech. Mat said that with conflicting information his services would not be required at this time. He gave some helpful tips. It was refreshing to deal with a company with integrity and honesty. Will definitely use them if the situation changes.

I contacted Bowco via the Angie's List link after hours and received a reply message the same night that I would be contacted in the morning. As promised, I received a phone call early the next morning and we scheduled an appointment. Paul arrived on time, was professional and, after evaluating the situation, explained his recommended plan of action. Everything went smoothly and the problem appears to be resolved. We would use Bowco again without hesitation.

Bowco was very honest, punctual and explained everything they were going to do prior to doing it. They were professional and left my apartment the way they found it except for the Carpenter Ants.

They came three times for treatments. There were different service people each time, including the initial visit. All of the men were professional, knowledgeable, and elicited confidence that they could deal with the problem. They also were very punctual, giving a one hour window as to when they would arrive, and they came within that window. They were also considerate of my two cats, suggesting options other than putting them outside on the two days when it was very cold outside.

They were the cheapest that I could find and they did a great job. The overall experience was perfect, lovely and wonderful. I would recommend them. I intend to use them again.

He used a pesticide that paralyzed them in place first, then a follow up solution to kill them. It worked beautifully. No more yellow jackets.

This is the second company I contacted. As indicated in an earlier review, the experience with the first company called did not go well. This experience was a world of difference! When I called, I was immediately connected with Tom, the owner, who came over the next day--on time--and who inspected what we thought was a problem. It turned out to be a deteriorating area rug with no infestations. There would have been no charge for that visit, as estimates are free. But I mentioned a problem with field mice. Tom inspected and we agreed to have a treatment for that problem. Again, the appointment was made for the next day. On time, Paul, a technician came. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant young man. He did a very thorough inspection, including in some hard to reach places, and he placed the materials required to get rid of the field mice, including in the attic and garage. He was very articulate in explaining was was needed and how to deal with future problems. He gave us time to print out a coupon for the service, which we had previously neglected to do. This was one of the best service experiences we have ever had. We would recommend them highly to anyone who needs this type of service.

I can't say that response time isn't good, but that is not the problem the problem is that I still have roaches!

Early this month we discovered a rather large, active yellow jacket nest entering our home under the soffits near our kitchen door, and starting to get into the kitchen itself. Bowco came out and treated it the very next day after I called them. Unfortunately living in a rather old home the wasps easily found new egress points to use and avoided the pesticides to everyone's frustration. It took several treatments, but Bowco stood by their work and eventually found and treated every nook the wasps were using. They were sensitive to my pregnancy, and that the problem was in the kitchen wall and/or ceiling, and were very thorough and professional in the application of pesticides to just the problem areas, careful not to expose me or the food prep areas, and by focusing efforts to treat outside the house. I worried the charged price was high compared to a $5 can of wasp spray but I do not have any qualms about that now that I've seen how difficult and potentially dangerous it is dealing with a large wall cavity nest like that. I would certainly use them for other pest control jobs in the future.

Provider did thorough evaluation of house and problem. He explained the nature of the treatment, which he then very thoroughly carried out. Provider came back apprx a week or so later when there was a minor recurrence, a contingency which had also been discussed. Problem has been resolved since.
