Overall, extremely pleased and satisfied. I'll start by saying, I've had a lot of work performed at my house the last couple years, and the crew from atticrawl was one of the best to deal with. We've had a rodent issue over the last few months and it was time to get it taken care of the right way. I was able to get in touch with Atticrawl and they sent someone over the very next morning. Scheduling was very easy. The tech came in and did a thorough inspection of the issues and asked a lot of good questions. He was prepared to crawl around and do a thorough inspection, as opposed to another company that came to give me a quote. After working out a competitive price, I scheduled with atticrawl. I got a call the day before and 30 minutes before the crew arrived. They started off by examining the areas and describing in detail everything they were going to do. Throughout the day they provided updates to me without me asking. They were extremely clean and thorough, taking pictures of all their findings. At the end we went over everything that was done, in detail again. I was left with a sense of security that the work was done right. I couldn't be happier choosing Atticrawl for the job, and would highly recommend them,

The office staff was cordial and efficient. They came when they said they would. They explained what they were doing. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. I received a discount for being an Angies's List client. The initial cleanout/inspection was done by Carlos, who was the team leader, and two other workers. The best part is that they guaranteed their work for one year, which was good because I needed them to come back two more times when I heard scratchings in the walls. Each time they came back, they redid the perimeter inspection and patched up more entry points. The last time, Ben was the worker who came out. He conducted a thorough search both indoors and outdoors, patching up additional entry points. It is amazing just how vulnerable a house is to "invasion" but we are out in the country. All workers were respectful yet friendly.

The job went very well. Ben, the estimator, gave us a detailed explanation of our options for the job. He answered all of our questions regarding the proper way to accomplish the job. Jeff and the crew worked straight through, removing the old insulation, cleaning the attic, then installing the new. They showed me each phase of the job. Ben was very careful to be neat on when he came to do the estimate (it was a rainy day). Jeff and the crew covered everything in the room with plastic, and did a great job cleaning up. Overall, excellent experience.

David was very professional and very knowledgeable. There crew was very thorough and the company did everything they said they would do. I will definitely recommend the company to others.

Mike was great, very polite and attentive. His crew was professional and worked hard from 9am until 5pm taking out 100 year old yucky insulation in a very tight crawl space. They left the space very clean before putting in the new insulation, asked me to inspect at the appropriate times. Put sheeting down on the floors to keep the work as clean as possible and cleaned up afterwards. Only suggestion I would have is to use a swiffer to wet mop the floor as shopvac still left alot of residue dust on the floor.

OUTSTANDING!!! I met with the rep on Wednesday. He was thorough, explained everything in detail - asked if I could be flexible with dates. ( I could..) Turns out that they had someone in the area the next day and now I am sitting here after a whirlwind of activity and its all done. Alvaro's crew arrived at 9:30 ( gave me a window of 9-11) they worked non-stop till the job was completed at around 5pm. They put down plastic on the floors and corner walls to protect my home while they worked - they graciously offered to take out all of my moldy junk that died in my crawl space ( and disposed of it too going way above and beyond!!) My attic and crawl spaces were vacuumed, sanitized, sealed and then the new insulation was installed. Everyone was gracious, patient, respectful and helpful. They cleaned everything up and left it better then it was previously!! I CANNOT stress enough at how wonderful these men were and how pleased I am with their impeccable service. My house now feels clean, it smells fresh - no more musty. I fell this was money well spent - knowing ( and smelling! ) that my attic and my dank musty - never wanted to go in there crawl space and clean, critter fee, sanitized - ahhhhhhhhh!! :o)

They said they didn't know if they offered this service very often and were supposed to follow up with me to see if they could offer it. They didn't call me back to clarify the situation. They didn't offer any cheaper alternatives and just wanted me to do what they wanted to do.

Amazing Service. Met with Ben, one of their technicians. He did a thorough walk through of the attic and was great at explaining to me what was going on. He went through all of the options and got me a competitive quote. They told me they were able to work with me on the pricing because I was flexible on when i needed the work done. They were able to come out the very next day to clean out the old insulation that was falling from the ceiling!! Will 100% work with them again when we need to put in new insulation.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job performed, from the very beginning to the very end. At the estimate appointment, Ben listened to our concerns attentively, clarified every detail, performed his inspection and explained what the situation was and how it could be remediated. He was very patient in repeating any points that weren't familiar to us and explaining anything that we didn't understand. At the end of that meeting, we were very clear on every step of the job and how it was going to be taken care of. Ben also was willing to work with us on the pricing, if we were willing to be flexible about scheduling, which we were. Overall, it was a pleasing experience. The next day, a crew of 4 with Herman as a lead arrived right on time, with a notification call one hour prior to the arrival. They started working at 9:30 a.m. and finished at 1:00 p.m. with no breaks. The work was done in a very organized and methodical fashion. Every worker donned a tyvek suit and a respirator, as well as shoe covers to walk inside the house. Any floor surface or furniture that may come in contact with any dust or debris was covered in plastic and taped. The crew lead talked to us to confirm mutual understanding on the scope of work and invited us to check on the progress during different stages of the job. In the end, we were asked to inspect the results and only then pay for the work performed. Everything was done exactly as promised, plus some extra help, just out of courtesy (such as vacuuming the rest of the attic, beyond the crawl space area, and removing and disposing of some unwanted items in the attic). After the crew had left, we received a phone call from German Ruiz, asking for our feedback on the work performed. Overall, every employee of Atticrawl that we came in contact with was punctual, polite, professional and hard-working - everything we'd be looking for when hiring a company to work on our home.

The work went very well. At the inception of the estimate, they gave me a fair quote, but were willing to work with me on the price if I was able to work with them on various factors including date of work. The quote process was very quick and they were very pleasant to work with. The workers who came were different but the team were professional, understanding and easy to work with. They went above and beyond, answer all my questions, inspecting other areas, giving recommendations on other areas of work needed, even screwed in a loose vent tighter than it had ever been that was inadvertently knocked loose. It's still early, but so far, so good. I can sleep better knowing the attic is secure. Their work warranty is also a nice feature.

German and crew inspected carefully before giving an estimate. Work was done efficiently and on time. House was protected and kept clean.

They filled a 16' moving truck with construction bags full of filthy insulation, dead animals and animal feces. Then they vacuumed the attic / crawlspace thoroughly, sprayed with disinfectant and covered all possible animal entries with wire mesh and foam. It was immaculate when they were done. I only wish they also did plumbing.

Ricardo was the man who first conducted an inspection and gave an estimate and thorough breakdown of services and costs. He was kind motivated, thorough, and even offered a discount on services. Once the day came for actual services, the team (Ricardo, Ben, Moris, and Asel) called ahead to inform they were on their (very punctual) and started immediately upon arrival. They worked efficiently and swiftly and finished the whole job in about 5 hours or less. They did a really thorough job and even had me inspect their work for each major step of the work. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Inspection was performed. The day after I called. The work was executed the day after the inspection and to the level of my satisfaction.

Two-hour trip to our house arriving at 10:15; worked until 17:00 only stopped for a quick lunch. Worked hard.

This is a great company i definitely recommend these guys! I had a possum in my attic for months which was driving me crazy. I knew they had been making a mess up there, so when Miguel from attic crawl came to inspect and he showed me pictures i wasn't all that surprised. He gave me all the different options and was very informative. I decided to go with attic crawl from the other options that i had, they seemed like they would solve my problem permanently by cleaning out all the insulation and debris, sanitizing and sealing all the gaps and blowing in new insulation. The job went well and Ismael was the crew leader who did a fantastic job ensuring that everything was done 100% the way it was explained to me and kept showing and explaining the process along the way. The entire job was completed in one day. i am very happy to be living without that possum and knowing that my house is clean. These guys are great and very clean and professional. Thanks guys!

After hearing noises in my attic for several months I contacted atticrawl to come and check it out. Ricardo came and did a full inspection in my attic. He told me that I have old cellulose insulation, and that it was contaminated with rodent waste. He then explained to me how they would remove the old cellulose insulation with a heavy duty vacuum machine, sanitize, seal all the holes and gaps , and then install new insulation. After a long discussion of different options and insulation types, we opted for the blown in insulation. My wife and i both work full time, so we were happy to hear that they would do the job on a sunday. The day of the job the crew of 4 showed up on time. Mike the crew leader, did a great job covering the walls and floors with plastic and showed me photos once all the insulation was cleaned out. he then showed me several entry points that he found around the house. Everything was done by about 7pm. The crew quickly cleaned up and left. This was a nightmare that we had for months, and these guys got it all done in one day. We are very gratefull to atticrawl for their unique expertise in this field, and for doing this job that helps me and my family sleep at night. Now we hear no noises, and we even noticed our heating bill is down by 30%. Highly recommended!
