Mike and crew arrived on time, explained the job, put down protective matting and proceeded through the work described above in an orderly manner, including an outside inspection for potential rodent entry points. They cleaned up satisfactorily after completing the job.

They showed up on time, removed all the stored boxes etc. from the attic, layed plastic sheeting down to the door, removed old insulation, vacuumed, sprayed disinfectant, then installed the new blown in insulation and put back all the storage back in the attic and cleaned up.

David, technician, was very nice and gave a lot of information, but was not very reasonable about costs. he promised a very comprehensive job for a high end price. We were not sure we wanted to spend that much so we had to negotiate for a lower price. He did not provide us a lot of the time to consider the contract. I am not sure if this was intentional or not.

I cannot be more pleased with the process of insulating my home. From the beginning working with Ben to go over everything in detail and negotiating prices he was more than helpful in this process. Ben was always available to discuss all the questions I had and also make recommendations that I needed. Once we agreed on a price we came up with a date and the crew showed up on time. Mike and his crew were unbelievable; they made sure that my house was covered up to prevent dust, damage, etc from start the finish. Mike explained the whole process and kept me in the loop to look at the progress and ask any questions I had. He went over and beyond what was expected, I really felt comfortable with having them working on my house. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards made sure no insulation was in my house or even outside as well. I would highly recommend atticrawl for any work that you need for your house.
