Our heater had stopped working and we called M&E and he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and fixed it. Myer was friendly, courteous and professional. We recommend M&E and will definitely use them for our future HVAC needs.

M&E HVAC were one of the best contractors we've ever hired. They were on time, clean and efficient, and since we couldn't be there during the work, they kept us regularly apprised of the work as it was being done. When work was completed, they sent pictures showing the details of the work along with explanations. Everything worked perfectly and they cleaned up all debris from the installation.

We arrived home without heat on a Sunday morning. I did a search on the internet for a HVAC contractor and based on the reviews I read I decided to give M&E HVAC a call. It was a great decision. I sent Myer an email via his website and he responded within a half hour to my email and he also called. He said he would over in the afternoon and true to his word he arrived and had the problem diagnosed and our heater back online by mid afternoon. Myer explained the problem, what corrective action he took and showed me the parts he replaced. His costs were extremely reasonable. Do not hesitate to call M&E HVAC if you desire fast, reliable, knowledgeable and courteous service!

Myer showed up on time. He was able to identify the problem from information I sent him. The part was delayed arriving due to storms. He was able to temporary get my heat working. He kept in contact with me regarding tracking the shipment. As soon as the part arrived he was able to repair my heater. Very professional arriving on time and communicating with me. I have had other “professionals” that don’t keep in touch. This is my trailer and I do not live there full time, so it is very important to me that I am kept informed about progress.

His estimate had no added charges and he went out of the to educate me on everything relating to taking out and putting in new duct work.
