Description of Work: We were having 60 people at our home at 3pm for my son's 1st Birthday Party on the 4th of July and our septic backed up at 1pm. We called Caprioni's and they're service tech called us back at 1:30pm. He arrived to our home by 2pm and worked quickly. He was professional, helpful, and we were greatly appreciative. It is hard to find a company willing to be so punctual on a holiday. The extra holiday charge was $150 on top of the regular price. Compared to other service companies this is moderately fair and we honestly had no choice.
