My Central A/C system wasn't lowering the temperature in my home so I called dozens of HVAC contractors. It was late June and no one picked up or returned my calls except for Dave. That same day, he sent out his guy Mario who added refrigerant and injected a tracer chemical because it was determined that the system was losing refrigerant. A few days later Mario returned and the tracer made it clear that the indoor Air Handler coil needed replacement. Dave took care of the warranty inquiries, procured a new coil, and replaced the coil. There was a wall in the way and Dave offered to take it down himself or the option of letting me do it to save on his labor. That was nice of him to do. In the end, the job was done right and it was a pleasure working with Dave/Mario.

Everything went very well. David was realistic about the time frame needed, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. It took David and his team about a week to finish installing the central air, and I am very happy with the results. It is a quiet system and cools down the house efficiently.

David is reliable, clear and an integral professional. He is punctual and performs what he commits too. I trust him with three properties and I have given him access even without me being present. I would highly recommend using his services and scheduling him ahead of time as he gets very busy.
