It went well.

I emailed Larry on the weekend, and he responded immediately. He told me that my moving job was too large for him to handle, so he recommended someone else. On Monday, he called me again to follow up. I found him very responsive, honest, and caring. Even though he couldn't do the job I needed, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, if I have a job he could do.

They took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. They were early and stayed to ensure the job was complete.

We just finished a 700-mile interstate move using a rental truck. We needed someone to unload the truck at our destination, so we hired L and L Moving based on a recommendation from the local office of the truck rental company. We conducted all arrangements over the phone with Larry Scott, President. Now, here's the BEST part- Larry and his helper were waiting for us when we pulled up to our destination. Larry contact us a day before our appoitment to confirm our plans. He and his helper were courteous, quick, careful and extremely helpful. They had all the needed equipment and supplies to do the job. They charged exactly what they quoted on the phone. It couldn't have been a better experience.
