There were things that happened that they did a good job and there was one thing that went wrong and they said what they did and asked what we wanted them to do and they stood behind their work and I was really happy about that. I would use them again in the future.

Kevin Cox called us back on the same day that we left a message to inquire about getting a estimate for the installation of a new heat pump. He came to our house on the same day, we received our estimate and we scheduled installation for the next day.

On Sunday afternoon my A/C stopped working the tech arrived with in 90 minute after repair est; we decided on replacement which was completed the next AM.

The two gentlemen were on time, worked consistently through out the day, thoroughly cleaned up their work areas & had everything done before 5:00 pm; The young man also kept us informing about things we needed to know throughout the installation & politely answered all our questions. The price was comparable to 2 other companies estimates.

Kevin came over, took a look at everything, even went in the blazing hot attic, (none of the other guys did that before giving an estimate) took his time went through everything step by step, no rush, and didn't run back to his truck to write up an estimate. It was more like he & his team just felt right, he was laid back, personable, and looked you in the eyes when talking. After wrapping up the paperwork and securing the install date ( the next day) A guy came later to check the copper lines and measurements. They were scheduled to come at 8:30 AM, came a little before that and completed the job at 6:30 pm. They were professional, nice, personable and did a excellent job, went over the replacement process, what was originally there, how the new equipment works, and cleaned up after themselves. Great team, great job

Replacement required strictly scheduling since it was vacation rental property & team met all requests from date and quietness to be least intrusive to renter.

They were on time finished on time. The men were very efficient unit and polite.

They came promptly and did the whole job the very next day. Very considerate about the elderly.

I had used Fante's many times in the past. Called them out to install a sink and garbage disposal without even asking what they would charge. They had always been fair in the past. Once the technician arrived I showed him the job and asked what he would be charging. He said $450 plus the $95 service charge. I almost fell off my chair. I asked him how long he said it would take. At first he said an hour and then after it occurred to him why I was asking he said "maybe two". Keep in mind I wsupplied the faucet and garbage disposal. So, $545 for an hour "or two" of labor? I'm done with Fante's.

From the first contact to the last, they were professional and courteous. They did a great job!

They arrived on time and did a fine job including clean up. A minor a glitch in the hardware necessitated two follow up visits, which were promptly performed and all is well.

I called at 9 am, and they were able to send someone by 10:30 the same day. I was worried about sluggish drains, so asked for prices to clear. They were on time, polite, and provided estimate.

Everything went perfectly. I had the plumber and handyman on site and they worked great as a team, not ever having met previously. Bob, from Fante's was excellent. He was able to move a gas line just a few inches to accommodate an oven replacement. Bob, worked with the philosophy, measure twice, cut once. It was clear that he took pride in his work and was extraordinarily pleased that the final gas test proved successful and that there were no leaks in the entire gas (even though, he worked on one section), his test was reassuring. No question in my mind I would used Fante's for future plumbing work.

Terrible equipment which was supposed to be new but failed frequently. High cost for repairs which should have been covered by the company. Terrible customer service.

Emergency service. Scheduled for next day PM but they had cancellation, called, and came at 10am. Indirect hot water heater was type not familiar by service person, but he called on cell phone to home office and got guidance. Found problem within half hour; returned with part within the hour. Hot showers for all! Courteous, efficient, what's not to like?

We thought, before the service call, that we should get a new water heater. The tech advised us that the basic unit was in OK shape and that changing the thermocouple would do the trick. While he could not guarantee how long the heater would last, he did say that there were no signs of distress when he diagnosed the problem and that it would probably last a good while. He was right, of course, and saved us a bundle. it's now over a year since the repair was done, and the unit is working fine.

They are terrific. I cannot find a thing to say that isn’t nice about them. They are prompt, courteous and respectful. They are top-notch. They are all terrific.

The service was good. The technicians were friendly and understandable. They gave us some shortcuts for the future.

Everything about this service went absolutely smooth. From answering questions over the phone, scheduling the appointment and explaining what would happen and associated costs, to delivering the service, there were no surprises. That's commendable based on the unfortunate number of disingenuous companies out there. Technician was professional, clearly explained the problem and options, and resolved the issue quickly. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I have done business with Fante's plumbing, heating and air for over 20years. The team members are very professional and fully explain the process and stand on their promises. A written free estimate starts the process not a verbal estimate like many contractors who do not provide a written estimate upfront. I had a terrible free estimate experience with a big name contractor you see everyday on TV and buses. The installation went seamless and the technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous and meticulously clean after themselves. I highly recommend Fante's for all your plumbing ,heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you Jeff Fante for a job well done and truly being the best and trusted service brand in the HVAC business!

Sales Rep was honest and no pressure sales. Date of install the men who came were very professional and came on time. No mess left behind. Would recommend this company. Good price and great service.

As always, Jeff's staff from the initial contact to scheduling to installation was excellent and professional. In my instance, they rearranged the schedule to complete the install since I was without heat. I have used the company for at least 30 years and have always received excellent, prompt and quality workmanship. Jeff is selective in hiring and then trains and monitors the staff. Always a good choice.
