Description of Work: Listing claimed to have 24 hour emergency service. I called twice after midnight and spoke twice to a dispatcher who said that field service was available. She could give me no particulars, however, on when my call might be answered and no plumber or service technician ever called me. When I found Great Plumbers who actually had a 24 hour emergency service, I called back to report that I had never received a call and none now was needed.

Description of Work: The technician, Skinny E & E exceeded my expectations. They replaced my tub drain removed grease and installed a new pic trap along with a touch toe drain stopper. They were clean and efficient. They even showed me how to utilize the new trap if necessary.

Description of Work: Fante's representative returned my call and came out to my home same day. To my dismay my old heat pump was on it's last leg and needed to be replaced. Todd provided me with a very competitive price based on previous quotes I had obtained. I would highly recommend Fante's services.

Description of Work: The Fante's team installed NEW Lennox heating and cooling system, as well as hot water heater/tank, air filtration system, and humidifier! The guys were always on time, they were very polite, professional, explained everything well/clearly, kept area as clean as possible, installed vents as inconspicuously as possible...Overall was an excellent experience!

Description of Work: We used Fante's to replace our aging heat pump with a new Lennox two-stage system. Excellent work, and a great experience dealing with their staff from initial consultation through to installation and startup. They were at all times professional, courteous and knowledgable, and patient even with multiple questions as we finalized scope. The experience on installation day was equally excellent, with the crew arriving on time and fully prepared to remove the old unit and install the new one. They worked efficiently and with care, cleaned up after themselves both inside and out, and did not leave until everything was done, the system was working and they had fully explained it's features and how to use it. An excellent experience overall!

Description of Work: I had a problem with a clogged toilet in one bathroom and a toilet that would not stop running in another bathroom. I made the appointment, they came when they said they would. The plumber was respectful of my home and very professional. I will use them again if I need a plumber.
