They did a good job and I am happy with their service. They explained everything to me.

We expected Fante's plumbing and heating to be good, we never anticipated that they would be fantastic. Everything they did was top notch, from my initial phone call for an estimate to the final install and beyond they have exceeded my expectations. Their sales representative Bob McCarthy will go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied with every aspect of the job, he handles all the paperwork for the rebates and always returns your calls. Our install was complicated by the fact that we are a three story condo and the air conditioner units had to be lifted by a rather large crane up and over our second and third floor deck railings, it went perfectly. The installation team was led by Jay, who was outstanding. The office staff and Jeff Fante's were very responsive to any concerns or questions that came up during and after the install. I believe that they are the absolute best in the industry. It almost sounds like I work there or that they are family, but I don't and they're not, just an exceptional group of people who deserved all of the praise that I hope I have given them. I just read this response to my wife who noted that they should change their last name to FANTeASTIC, they are that good.

I would never call them again

The circulating pump attached to my 20-year old boiler was making a loud screeching noise that reverberated throughout the heating system. A "friend" said that a pump replacement may be necessary and I could expect to pay about $650 for that. Fante's service tech came out at the scheduled time and suggested it may just need lubricating. He performed the lubrication and also showed me how I could perform that task in the future. The noise immediately went away and all I had to pay was for the service call ($95). The tech also told me that IF the pump ever had to be replaced it would cost $200 less than the price quoted by my "friend". So I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely use Fante' in the future.Great service!

Qulaity of work was fair-git to exisitng duct work always problematic but work was less than excellent on this. Job not finished in quoted 1 day as drain pump (new) was defective-but they did get straightened out the next day. Overall quality of work was acceptable. But when I spend $5k I expect excellent.

They were excellent. They explained everything to me and cleaned everything up. I was very happy with the system.

The installation was excellent and all installed and delivered as agreed. There was an issue what was agreed and what was not! (Refrigerant tubing) But it was solved after few minutes of discussions and contractual verification! They installed everything as per the details of the service included in the original quote.

They were reasonable. I got a heater and a furnace also from them few years ago. They are very good. I highly recommend them to others.

Our central air conditioner unit was not working at all, and with a forecast next week in the 90s I wanted to know if we were looking at getting another unit (particularly since my wife has asthma and the last thing we needed was another trip to the Emergency Department). Another company that supposedly offers "emergency" service could not get to us until Monday. Bob from Fante's was troubleshooting the problem less than 2 hours from our call to the after-hours answering service. He quickly diagnosed and treated the problem. Well worth the additional charge for after-hours services!

Extremely happy with my experience. They came out that morning did a quote and were there to perform services later that day which included both interior and exterior work of the following: compressors, ventilation, heater, flow, and air conditioning. They came back the following day to turn everything back on. The thing that impressed me the most is that the price was set and they did not charge more even though they did more work. The additional work included tile and duct repair.

They were very good. I went to school with him one day when I was in business years ago in a gas company and that is where I first met him, but he's good.

They were courteous and just amazing. They did the job exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend them.

The experience was excellent. They were actually representing Cosco. I bought the units through Cosco and they were the contractors. I bought the heater and the air conditioner and they threw in the water heater at no charge. I got a great deal. I just had a township guy out here and he told me that I got really high quality. I have had trouble with the heater a couple of times in the last week but they have ordered a part and are coming out today to fix it. It is a new heater, but for some reason, one of the valves is sticking. They came out a few times and have ordered a new part and will be out today. I called them on a Sunday and they were here in half an hour. The guys that came knew their stuff. They were professional. They were neat and my basement was cleaner after they left. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I called Fante's after they were done to tell them that their gentleman did a great job. I told them how pleased I was with the two guys who came out and how polite and professional they were.

They have been in business for a while and they are well known. They put little booties on when they come into my house. They do a nice clean job. They leave the place the way they found it.

Came quickly for initial estimate and installation. Worked through a hot day with thunderstorms to complete installation. Installation crew was efficient and responsive to all questions.

great job, would hire them again..service done as part of a deal with Costco

It went fine and I had no problems. They were very neat and always had thick covering on their feet whenever they came walking through the house and they did not mess up the carpet. They did what they said they would do in the time they told us. They also stuck to the price they gave us and worked hard.
