Description of Work: Repaired leaking pipe located behind water heater, replaced main shutoff valve and replaced 13 year old water heater. The shutoff problem was a surprise part of the job. I did not know it was a problem until we/I tried shutting the water off and it would not shut off completely. This was not scheduled or anticipated on my initial call for service but they did the repair at the same time. They even gave me a price break on this since they were already here. Due to the layout of my house and difficulty getting to the main shutoff the job took longer then anticipated. The plumber they sent was very persistant and despite problems got the job done. I would give him a 15 out of 10 rating on patience. Over all a good job and though it seems like a high price (you don't know what they went through to get it done) I thought it was at a fair price.

We hope you were able to find service for your needs. Should you require any plumbing, heating or air conditioning service in the future, I would like to offer to you one of the following; $20 off a new Maintenance Agreement, up to $400 off the installation of any heating and air conditioning system or a $79 plumbing inspection. Installation went well.
Description of Work: Replaced excisting heater and air-conditioner. The follow up customer service by the rep who sold us the unit, was disappointing. LIked the product and installation. Called the office to complain. I am sure we will have responsible follow up.

Description of Work: I purchased a new air conditioner, water heater, and furnace. They sold me good equipment. They told me I could get money back from a rebate because of the new energy efficient equipment installed. There was a problem, but they sent a very good man to repair my Lennox heater.

GREAT SERVICE
Description of Work: Great folks -- do yourself a favor -- go with a family operation. Why give the business to a big utility. They cleaned up nicely and did quality work. We did not post this when the work was done because we just joined Angie's list and decided to post the info ------ again if you want a new heater and air conditioner DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL THESE FOLKS ---
