Kyle never showed up for the second to cut our lawn. Even after speaking with him on the phone and texting he said he would come on thr next dry day and never came. I'm very disappointed because we were really trying to give to him a shot and support local black owned business. Due to his lack of responsiveness and professionalism this is why folks don't want to do business with our own. Sadly, he lost some good customers. Last year we used him for lawn cutting, mulching and weeding. He did an ok job but seemed to be all over the place with pricing and scheduling. Although I was annoyed then, I still gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now, he has ghosted us.

Famz company was really professional. My lawn was horrible and with all the rain we was receiving I didn’t think I would be able to have my lawn cut! There was even a tree blocking the entrance to the back door!!!! But Famz company took care of that and my lawn looks brand new!!! I definitely would use them again

We've been communicating with Kyle for several weeks about the additional services we wanted done since he first did work for us and we were pleased. He started out pretty responsive and then suddenly he would be extremely delayed. When we finally got in touch with him he gave us a price that we all agreed too and we even purchased the material needed for the job. We set a date and time and now he's a no call/no show. I called, left voicemail, text and left a message on here. Still no response. Honestly if my husband could do this himself we wouldn't even bother. Also, every time we want to get a job done the time he chooses is late in the evening after 5pm. I think that's something he should make his potential clients aware of. Some people prefer to have work done on their homes before a certain time. I don't think we'll use him again not refer him to anyone.

Kyle was very professional from the time of our consultation. He listened to what we wanted for our lawn and offered ideas for our gardening area. This time he came to remove a small bush, cut back all bushes, branches from our driveway and seed and aerate the grass. We're looking forward to full green grass. Kyle will be doing some more work for us over the next few months as well. We are very pleased with his prices and so far the quality of work is up to par.
