 + -1 moreThe staff was very good. There were three men that came out and got the job done in 45 minutes. The carpet looks brand new. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.
Description of Work: We installed carpeting in my loft and bedroom. We were on vacation and our cat turned on the faucet and our carpet was flooded. Carpet Dimension came in within 5-6 days, put in new padding and made sure there was no mold. It was a difficult to lay carpet in the loft.

 + -1 moreThey were good. Their pricing was good and prompt with calling once the materials came in. The installers came out quickly and got the flooring installed well. I am very happy with the work they did and very pleased with the professionalism of the work. They knew how to work around the radiator and the corners. I would definitely use them again.

Rob came out the following day to give a quote and arranged to have his team come 2 days later to do the job. The cost was very reasonable. The guys were prompt, friendly and did a good job. I will definitely be using Carpet Dimensions for future carpet or hardwood needs.

Description of Work: went in on Monday 6/17/2013 to get price and see carpets. was quoted one price. went ahead and requested estimate. estimator called that he would be late because he was the only one in the store. I got fed up and went to do my errands, because I had wasted the entire day, that I took off from work to meet with him. called on Monday 6/24/2013. Price was different and much more. Switch and bait tactic. Estimator actually told me that I was NOT quoted that lower price! Rude. He wanted me to come back in the store. Didn't bother. called someone else who could meet with me that afternoon after work to measure, show and install. .

 + 0 moreMike arrived on time to show me samples and give me an estimate. It was a fair estimate and I chose him after speaking with several other carpet installers. The installers arrived right on time and worked hard all day. The carpet was installed in one day. It sems to be holding up well after a month of use.
Description of Work: Carpet Dimensions installed carpeting throughout my townhouse. They brought out carpet samples and measured and gave me an estimate. They then installed the carpet.

 + 0 moreThe overall experience was very good. The installers (Mike Berger and Brian George) were very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were very friendly and helpful in everything. They removed the old carpeting in a few hours and cleaned up everything, thoroughly.They brought the wood a few days ahead to let it acclimate before installing. They were very careful when moving furniture. The whole job was done in three days time. Floors look beautiful and Mike is very meticulous in finishing up the loose ends. He even stained the quarter round to match my kick board. I am so pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them. I will surely use this store again.

Description of Work: Carpet Dimensions did an great job at a great price. Mike and Pedro were the carpet installers. They were at my home on time and they worked fast and efficiently. The carpet looks great. They gave us the 8 pound padding at no extra charge. They seem to have the lowest prices in the area and the same carpet selection the others stores have.
