Mimi has been cleaning my house every week for over 29 years. She is reliable, dependable, punctual, honest, trustworthy, and top notch at what she does. I highly recommend her services.

Always very well. I have had Mimi's cleaning service for over 7 years now and she is consistently on time as well as willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate ours. Mimi does a thorough job and most importantly, she can be trusted implicitly with our home even when we are not able to be home at the time of our appointment. She is very friendly, courteous, and professional and I would highly recommend her!

Mimi has been our weekly housekeeper for 30 years. She is a hard worker and works quickly. She gets our house thoroughly clean and is reliable and absolutely trustworthy. I allow her to have a key to our house and am comfortable having her clean it when we are gone. She is friendly and very accommodating when I ask her to change days or to clean an extra time, so the house will be freshly cleaned when house guests arrive or I am hosting a party. She gives me ample notice when she plans to take a vacation or needs to change her cleaning day. I highly recommend her. Keeping her service on for 30 years is a recommendation on its own.

Mimi cleaned my home bunch of times. Recently she brought extra person in home without informing me to clean. This person broke few things in home which Mimi adamantly denies despite showing her proof. She also had the nerve to do subpar cleaning and then ask me to start paying her $20 above the agreed upon price. Will not be using again.

Guess I'll be more careful in reading the fine print in the future.

The areas that the 2 workers did were done fairly well, especially the floor and the outside of all of the wooden cabinets. HOWEVER, MANY, MANY areas were missed. This Angie's List Big Deal was supposed to include: . 1. "Deep cleaning refrigerator in and out. Take out all food and thoroughly clean." - HOWEVER, the inside of my refrigerator was not touched. 2. "Deep clean stove top and oven in and out." - HOWEVER, the inside of the oven was not touched. (I really didn't care about this because I am getting a new stove in the near future, but it was still supposed to have been done.) 3. "Deep clean cabinets. Take out everything and clean thoroughly." - HOWEVER, the insides of none of the cabinets were not touched. . Also missed entirely were all of the chrome cabinet knobs and drawer pulls (which is very odd because they cleaned the wood exteriors), as well as a few other areas - all of which I did after the workers left. . Regarding responsiveness, after I purchased the Big Deal, I spoke with Mimi; we set a date for 2 months later and she asked that I e-mail her my address, which I did. When I never heard back from her, I called her a week prior to the work date and we scheduled the arrival time for 11 a.m.-12 p.m; Mimi said that she never got my prior e-mail and asked me to e-mail her again, which I immediately did. In this e-mail, I specified "PLEASE CONFIRM." - but Mimi failed to do so. On the work date, when Mimi did not show up or call by 11:51 a.m., I called her and she said that she would be here at 12:30, which is when she did arrive.

Mimi and her assistant are wonderful, friendly people. They sign and clean the house in happy mood. Mimi herself does the bathrooms and her assistant mainly vacuums, dusts, etc. There are times when things are missed. I point these out to Mimi and she takes care of it next time. Unfortunately I notice something or the other missed or not cleaned properly all the time. However I continue to work with them because Mimi is hardworking, friendly and approachable.

Cleaning is adequate, not the best I've seen. Even after providing notice that certain things were not done, some were followed up on and others not. However, Mimi is a delightful person, and very trustworthy, so I think she gets points for that.

Mimi scheduled an appointment with us on short notice and cleaned our house very well prior to our move in. We will be using her services on a regular basis.

MiMi and her staff are wonderful people, they seem to go the extra mile. She is such a cheerful person, she sings while she cleans. ( I love it). She is warm and gives hugs on her arrival and again on her departure. Nice tough! I have two dogs one of which is a puppy and they are very sweet with the dogs. I have nothing but praise for this duo I am very happy with them and would recommend her to anyone. I have no problem leaving them in the house while I run errands. I don't believe they would ever be untrustworthy. They seem to pay extra attention to problem areas, meaning there might be an occasion when a shower needs a little extra attention and it's taken care of without having to ask or pay extra. I look forward to many years with the girls. Really love them!

Mimi has been cleaning our house for almost a year now. She also cleans my brother's house and he recommended her to us. We are very happy with the work she does. The house is spotless. She's an excellent housekeeper and we highly recommend her.

It goes fine. this delightful Panamanian lady has become a dear friend and is a tireless worker. We have had the luck to have her with us for about 8 years. And there will be many more. She is unflaggingly happy, sings to herself all the time, finds time to chat about everything you can think of (including our grandson who lives 5 blocks away and whose parents have used her fine services for 8 year or so and who first recommended her to us). Grade A+++++++++ You'll be fortunate if you live within her working range.

Mimi and Elizabeth take care of my house every week. They are trust worthy, love my dog and clean my house well. If I want something else taken care of, they do it with care. I gave them a key to my house and never have a worry about anything happening to my home. If I need to change days, there is never a problem. They are the best I have ever had to clean for me.

Mimi is wonderful. She is friendly, warm and wonderful at her job. She was exactly the type of person we wanted to be able to hand a key to house to for the cleaning. She has been able to accommodate us when we needed cleaning before parties and adjusted her schedule around holidays! We are so very thankful for her!
