 + -1 moreHired Phil from XCEL electric for electric work -Obtain necessary permits -3 Receptacles on each circuit -Install done in wire mold -Installation of 10 light fixtures -Installation of 9 receptacles total (3 circuits) -Circuit breakers(label) *Lift and light fixtures provided by owner Materials + Labor= $4,000.00 *$2,000.00 deposit due before start date *Remainder due when job is completed Subtotal: $4,000.00 Paid in full. Didn't obtain permit(City hall is trying to contact Phil). Lights came in as scheduled Phil didn't return to finish job. I made several attempts to work with Phil, many attempts and promises later he stopped responding

 + -1 morePhil(owner) is as good as it gets. Old-school quality work/care, put into the job. Needed, or "thought"we needed more amps -added to our 100a service Because of "flickering" lights throughout the home. Nope. We were only told this by 3 other electricians. Phil, came out, and gave me the HONEST scoop -on what was really wrong: just a freshening up, of all of the hardware, connectors, and corrosion, that had built up, on the service over the years. Very reasonable, and very reliable. I can't say enough. Integrity, means everything to me, as a consumer/man. Phillip, is as good as it gets. If you want an honest electrician. Job performed: upgraded ALL components/parts of our 100A service/panel.
