The product is as good as advertised and their customer service was prompt & answered all my questions.

We are enjoying our sunroom that was completed in March 2023. Mike and the team were accommodating and professional. We love the window & screens and the option of taking the windows out for a more open feel and also for cleaning. The financing option is also a great which made this sunroom addition affordable. Thanks to SRA Home Products for a great build.

I could not be happier with my new enclosed porch! Mike came out in 11/21 and described options, took measurements and gave me an estimate and financing options to enclose an existing side porch for a 3-season room that had a concrete floor, roof and 4 posts. I was told that the project would take about 3 weeks and would begin in March. Everything was spot on! The completed project has aluminum framing, two steel doors, and vinyl floor. Everybody who's seen it says it's gorgeous! I am very satisfied.

This pro rescheduled my appointment 3x. First when I was filling up my online application for the project, a prompt popped up to schedule an appointment and I did. Then later that morning received a call that they can't do that appointment. The person then setup a new appointment for me. The next day got a call to reschedule again. Then the day of my appointment they called and texted me if they can move the meeting 2hrs before my appointment. They don't even have my business yet and their treating me like this. I can only imagine when the project starts. Just have a bad feeling about this builder.

SRA HOME PRODUCTS DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR 3 SEASON ROOM. TEMPCO THE MANUFACTURE OF THE COMPONENTS DID A SUPER JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL IS TOP NOTCH. SRA KEPT OF APPRAISED OF THE PROGRESS OF THE MATERAIL AND SHIP DATE AS WE WENT ALONG. MIKE AND HIS EMPLOYEES MADE SURE ALL DETAILS WERE CORRECT. THE INSTALLION WENT WITHOUT AND PROBLEMS. MY NEIGHBORS SLOW DOWN WHEN THEY COME BY OUR HOUSE AS THEY TOO ARE IMPRESSED BY THE FINISHED PRODUCT MY WIFE IS THRILLED WITH THE NEW SPACE AND COMPLETED CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS THIS WEEK. WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMEND THAT YOU CONTACT SRA HOME PPRODUCTS WHEN YOU ARE PLANNING FOR A SSUNROOM
