They did a very good job. They were pretty busy because of some recent floods in my area but they were very accomadating. Their pricing was very competitive.

Option to install sump pump was left to me but was not pressured to decision. Was suggested that I might wish to simply monitor performance over time. A couple days later, I decided not to wait to see what happens after a major storm, so I called to have pump installed. Overall was very satisfied by those who performed service.

They were just very upfront when they came out. The price was good. They didn’t have a limited time offer. I didn’t have to commit right then and there. I just felt like they knew what they were talking about. I had gotten feedback from other people who had used them, so I felt confident in them. They do a good job. They were on time. Whenever I had questions, they answered me. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent job. Phil was extremely knowledgable about his profession and he conducted himself in a professional manner. Great follow up and very reliable.

They sent out a guy to take a look at my basement. However, I did not use them for the work. I had some water intrusion in the basement and they came out to look at it. They gave me advice regarding what needed to be done. I really liked the guy because he looked at itand told me that basically I needed to get the sprinklers fixed outside the house to stop the leakage. He told me that the sprinkler system just needed a screw tightened. He told me that I did not need him to do the waterproofing because all that was needed was to get the sprinklers fixed. He gave me practical advice. He could have pushed a big job on me, but he did not. I really appreciated that. I would use them again in the future if I have a problem.

They estimated around $6000 for their service. I chose another place over South Jersey Waterproofing because the other company offered a little bit more for the same price. South Jersey Waterproofing was fine. They were very nice. They came over. It was a good price and we are going to call them next if we don’t get in touch with the other company.

I sent them an email on Sunday morning re: a minor leak in my basement. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call that afternoon to schedule an appointment because (a) it was a Sunday and (b) it was the day after Hurricane Irene hit S. Jersey. When the representative stopped by my house to give me an estimate, he was able to tell w/i seconds that the problem was not due to a leak in the basement, but a leaky window. He still looked at the basement before confirming that the window was the culprit. And he also went to outside to take a look at the window to see if he figure out what was going on, which I really appreciated.

They did a very good job. They were very clean. They did their job and I had no problems with them. They came in and provided the best quote and also the best solution. The overall job was fine. Their quality of job was excellent and I was completely satisfied with their services. They were very responsive and very professional. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

The company came out promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate. I decided to go with another company with a similar bid.

They were professional, helpful, and prompt -- even early -- for the services performed. They went above and beyond what was required, even pouring a concrete footing for a pillar we're having put in as part of another construction project on the house, since they were already working with concrete and the projects overlapped. They finished the job quickly -- in about 4.5 hours -- and it's worked beautifully so far. The price was excellent; we got three estimates for the same job and they came in by far the best. And yet the quality is, I am sure, the same. Overall we were very happy with this company and would recommend them.

Very professional organization. Arrived on time and had a great understanding of what need to be done to fix our problem. Pricing was right on target. We did not use them as the scope of the project changed ( became larger). Can recommend them highly.

These guys are great! They installed a French drain in my last house for much less than any other estimate we got and this time they did so much work in so little time! The basement in our new house was a nightmare from years of neglect and repeated flooding. Now it looks practically new and we gained valuable inches in head room. Phil and his brother were great to work with and they communicated with us throughout this process. They are very professional and down to earth guys. Their team worked tirelessly in the hot sun to haul truck loads of concrete out of our basement.
