Friendly and professional. On time. I'm am a first time septic homeowner. He explained in detail everything I needed to know. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Eamon arrived on time and ready to go. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection, and took the time to explain his findings in terms we could understand. He took plenty of photos and did a good job mapping the layout of the unusual drain field configuration. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Great Service! It was hard to find a company that tested well water as well as septic. As promissed, my technicians (Eamon and Josh) called me to tell me exactly when they would be at the property. I have never had a well or septic system before and Eamon did an outstanding job of explaining the whole system to me and things I needed to be aware of. I had lots of questions and Eamon took his time and answered all of them for me and was very professional. Very thorough and meticlous. There are two house on the property I am considering and they took their time and went through everything.This company does not do the repairs or work themselves so I could be sure they weren't trying to sell me unnecessary services.

The water testing as well as the septic system test was completed along with the documentation of the results. Apparently they use an outside contractor to do the pumping. Thats where we had a problem with the lack of professionalism. They told us they were coming to our house 3 different days before they finally showed up after I had called the company several times.It all worked out in the end.
