This was the best possible experience. I had a great concern for the animal's well being and that concern was echoed by Dan Ramos. He put my mind totally at ease by his attitude, caring nature, knowledge, and follow up even after the groundhog was captured and returned to nature. Dan also shoveled the dislodged soil back into the 2 holes the groundhog dug under my house in the blazing sun on a very hot day. Above and beyond! Dan is the perfect model for this service. I had sent out this request for a racoon infestation issue that I had discovered at my home on July 1st. I made the request on Sunday the 2nd of July in the morning, and immediately after my request was addressed by Dan Ramos from Ramos Wildlife Removal. Dan listened intensely as I described the issue. He advised me that he had experience dealing with racoon infestations in the past and knew exactly what I was dealing with and how to address the issue. He advised me that he could be at my house in the morning of the 3rd of July. I found this to very customer service oriented since this was a holiday weekend. I expected that he would be able to provide this service to later in the week or the week after. Dan advised me in the morning on his proposed arrival time, so that I could be prepared to meet with him, and address the issue. He was very punctual and reassured me that he had the right tools and experience to deal with this issue. He surveyed where the animal had been spotted by me, and inspected the area that the racoon had taken shelter. Dan then attached a trap and explained to me in great detail on how the trap would work, and assured me that the issue will be resolved within a week. As part of the costs he agreed to close over the hole in the rain gutter where the racoon had gained access to the shelter. Dan advised the day before he planned to come to my house and take the trap down, inspect the area where the racoon had been seen, and close off the space to eliminate future access. Again, as in the first meeting he communicated his arrival time, and was very punctual on his arrival time. He took the trap down, repaired the hole, and added some additional reinforcement to the area that had been compromised and finished in 20 minutes. Dan is a very honest and forthcoming service provider who far exceeded my expectations. His pricing was reasonable, and his work was of excellent quality. If I ever an issue similar to this he will be my first and only call. Thanks Dan Bill Murphy

Dan knows what he’s doing. And like any pro he sees what you don’t. He forms a plan and executes it. He’s also animal friendly. I’d hire him again and again for critter problems.

Daniel indicated he would be at our house on Friday, June 23rd at 11:00. He did not show. Left multiple messages and texts and no call back or reason why he couldn?t perform service. I have used Angi list for over 15 years and never had a problem with a service or contractor that I have engaged with. This is a first for me and would not recommend this person to anyone.

Ramos showed up at the appointed time and did a survey of the house. He removed a bird that had gotten into the house. Then went on to do a survey of the exterior to make sure that there were no openings for vermin to get in. Fee was lower than estimate given over the phone.

It was straight forward.

It went smoothly. Explanations were clear as to how the squirrels were being evicted.

He came and innovative ideas to solve my squirrel infestation. And then returned to make sure job done well and check entry points

Seemed a bit pricey, but it was effective and worth it, as a raccoon is a bit more animal than I would want to try and handle with a trap. Ramos's solution was clever and worked perfectly.

Daniel called me within minutes of my requesting an estimate, as at my house within hours to set the first trap for my raccoon issue. 10 days in 4 have been removed from my property. Daniel is a real Pro, knows his business very well. His communication is Excellent, he always returned my text or calls in minutes. Traps were set and baited, each animal was removed the morning of the next day…. If I ever need this service again, he would be my first call.
