After a conversation the contractor came back out again and made all of the necessary repairs. I'm satisfied with his work

When I talked to D about the problem he assured me that he would get back to me however this has been months ago and every time I call he lets it go to voicemail so I called from another number and he answered saying his name and when he realized it was me he hung up the phone. The problem has worsened and I am still waiting to hear from him and it is obvious no one is answering each time I call.

Dan was responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He successfully was able to get the raccoons out of my attic without trapping or harming them. He went above and beyond to make sure his work was aesthetically pleasing as well. I strongly recommend Dan.

It is about making the animal safe not harming them. You must also have to make the promise since I already gave the check and talk to the customer with care. The cage is only applicable for the adult squirrel and it does not work on baby squirrel. I don't want to harmed, instead I want them to be released.

Responsive, punctual, showed photos of findings, walked us through the solutions and followed up promptly. Service is expensive but the critters, probably squirrels in the attic crawl space, are gone.

I hired Ramos Wildlife Removal very recently. Daniel was very professional and to say he was knowledgeable in small animal/wildlife removal would be an understatement. Daniel explained what services he would provide based on the suspected challenge. He was well versed in specific challenges relating to the type of animal and the tactics and remedies available to trap and or exclude the animal from the residence. Daniel concluded correctly that a raccoon was in my attic. He prescribed a plan, set up his equipment accordingly and explained what to expect and when. All went according to Danielâ s expectations, fully excluding the raccoon within a couple days. Daniel returned to sanitize and clean attic and perform other work. I was very pleased with his expertise, promptness, professionalism and knowledge. Stop looking around for wildlife removal services and hire Ramos.

Was a great experience

He told me he was coming out, he came out. He told me he would be out here until 12:30 but he would call me if he came earlier. He got out here and we agreed, he say he did not needed to get up the ladder and see the front but he agreed to go up an look but he did not look thoroughly. He did the job but he did not finish it, there were still animals at night in the gutters. I asked him to come back and he promised he would but instead he just blocked me.

Very fast response was here within the hour.

I was very pleased with the service to remove a dead deer from my property. Daniel was very thorough in regard to removal/clean up. Would definitely use again.

Excellent!! Haven't heard a squirrel in our attic since Dan placed a squirrel "Exit Only" gadget over the hole the critters had chewed in the soffit!

He came on the fly when I called and took care of our issue. I believe you drove an hour to get to my house. Birds had built a nest inside of our microwave exhaust! All has been good now. Thank you and my apologies for the late review!

We called Dan to have a squirrel removed from our attic. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about our issue. The squirrel eventually got out with Dan setting a one way out system.
