Came same day I called . Roof was inspected where ridge caps had blown off , and inspection showed that improper nails and caps had been used. Got estimate, repair date and the work crew showed up on time and finished the job in good order

It was a free estimate. He came out in person and gave me the estimate. He was very professional, took his time with me, and his truck was very organized. He also gave me samples to look at. He called me a week later and followed up and he was there right when he said he was going to be.

Emmons construction service was exceptional. Had a service person estimating the roof the same afternoon i called for a estimate. Scheduled the roof within 2 weeks. The roof was offically done in 2 days. No fault found with the work. They cleaned up well. The onlycomplaint is that I'm Still finding some nails in the lawn. i would call Emmons construction If you need some work done fast and at a reason price .

Excellent workers and supervisors. Cleaned up and took away all debris. Liked the fact they recycle most of debris.

Thanks to Uncle Same and saving my pennies, I was able to get some more work done on my house. Emmons had put a roof on my house not to long ago and were a 5 star company in my eyes that I had gotten off of Angie's list. So I decided to try them again. Mr. Emmons came out again for the Estimate. I needed 5 windows and I wanted the suffice done on my deck . Again right on time two fellows came to the door with smiles on their faces ready to work and work they did. Only stopped when I brought them coffee and cake. Than went right back to work. Their work was neat and clean. They didn't even have a problem with my three dogs who thought that they were very interesting and wanted to be a part of what was going on. Of course they were removed from the area. Mr Emmons had shown me the windows that were to be put in.They have UV coating , sound barrier, easy open. tilt in for easy cleaning. Window locks so the window could be left open without fear of someone breaking in. Really nice looking. The fellows had to do some fixing on a window but were able to strighten it out so you didn't know there was a problem. After all this is the house that Jack built. Windows where installed that day. what a beauiful job. Than came the suffice on the deck! That was to be done the next day. Sure enough, The same two fellows were at my door the text day with their beauiful smiles. They had a lot of trouble putting the suffice ont the deck. Like I said this is the house that Jack built. But they stuck with it and when they were done it was quite a transformation. I was soooo happy that the flood gates openned and I bust out crying tears of joy. Years of lookig at that ugly deck . Now it is beauiful. I can't thank Emmons and his wonderful crew and lovely ladies in their office for treating me with respect and working with me. If Uncle Sam is good to me next year. The project turned out to be more complicated and dangerous than originally estimated and took several days longer than expected. Emmons stayed with it doggedly and got it done. Company owner was on-site at least part of every day. The crew was cheerful and pleasant at all times. Job site was cleaned up daily. Despite difficulties, Emmons stuck to the proposal price. The gutter subcontractor (Bobbitt) was a pleasure to deal with. Emmons has also done my neighbor's roof, and did a Victorian siding restoration (authentic and handsome) in my neighborhood during the same time period. I have other exterior work to do on my Victorian house and look forward to getting estimates from Emmons.

We called 4 companies. 2 never called back. One came - never got the estimate from them. I made an appointment for estimate at my first attempt to contact Emmons Construction, their customer service is excellent and helpful - no need to leave messages - somebody is always there and they know your case. They were working around our schedule. They showed up exactly when they said they would, gave us estimate on the spot, and showed up again to do the work. The whole experience was very smooth and professional - 3 weeks from initial phone call to the new roof. They cleaned up the place like nothing ever happened. My neighbor didn't even noticed!

Keith & Jennifer were both amazing. I had to get approval from my assocation to get my skylights replaced which were leaking badly and causing damage to the inside of my home. The association was being very difficult and making me jump through all sorts of hoops. Both Jennifer & Keith spoke to my property management and forced the issue for me. They were always available to talk if I had any questions and were always very kind and understanding during my frustrations with my association. The day of the work they called me to let me know they were running behind. The people who came out were very good, they did the job quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely use them again, it is really important to use people who will go to bat for you.

Overall the job went great. They showed up when they said they would. They were very clean as they removed the old roof . They cleaned up well and paid considerable attention to the landscaping that was close to the house as not to damage it. They did a great job matching the new siding to the old. The roof was applied very straight and the end cuts were very clean. The capping was done very straight and clean. They completed the whole job in just over 2 days which I thought was great considering the roof was 4000 square feet and it was a few square of siding. I would highly recommed this company to do any exterior work on a house.
