Emmons Roofing & Siding

I would recommend them to others. I believe they gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. They showed up on time and always returned my calls. They told me that if there were any issues that they would come back and correct any problems. Everything looked really good to me. I was assured about their service by the owner and all of the wonderful reviews on Angie's List.

I contacted Emmons to provide an estimate on work in conjunction with a home inspection. Keith was incredibly helpful and informative, and provided me the necessary information to negotiate with my home buyer. Keith was even willing to get on the phone with the buyer and discuss the work to be performed to ease any of their concerns. Once the work was agreed with the buyer, the timing was absurdly short for what needed to be performed. I was thrilled when Emmons was able to fit the work in and everything was complete prior to settlement. The quality of work was also very high, they definitely did not cut any corners. Was disappointed that I did not find them until I was selling my house, I would have done all this work much earlier!

Great company! Pricing was the best estimate. Everyone was professional and friendly. We never felt pressured. We are very happy with the work. I would highly recommend them to anybody!!

I had made a mistake on the vanity. Emmons Construction took the vanity back to lowes and picked up correct vanity for me at no extra charge to the bill based on original estimate. They went above and beyond.

From the time that Irv and Ken came to my house until the roof was complete I was very pleased. Initially I was rescheduled 2 times but that was weather related and after telling Jennifer that she could just let me know the day before once the weather cooperated that is exactly what happened. My only concern was that I needed to bring my daughter to the bus in the afternoon for school and I was told that would not be a problem. The day of the roof the owner Keith arrived and confirmed that I would be able to exit the house to go to the bus stop. Once all of the crew arrived (about 8 AM) they got right to work. They performed all of the work as promised including placing tarps to send the old shingles down and making sure that all of the debris was picked up. By the time I needed to exit the house (12:30) the tarps had already been removed and they were installing the new roof. Once the roof was done they swept my yard with a magnet to collect any nails. Keith then told me that the dumpster would be removed the next day but to not park in my driveway until he came back to sweep the driveway for more nails. Not only did Keith come back to sweep the driveway but he did my entire yard again to make sure that it was safe for my kids to go outside and play. I was very pleased with the process and how smoothly everything went. I would definitely use them again for further home improvement projects.

They were okay but they were not special. They answered my questions pretty good. When they came, one of the guys cracked the ceiling before they started the work and the other guy came back and stuccoed it right away so I really cannot too much complain about that. I would probably use them again in the future.

They were excellent, both in the work done, and |there interaction with us.

They did a great job considering that there were many"surprises" with my old house. They went above and beyond. Very happy with them.

Keith was on time, arriving at 6:30 AM - the business is an hour & 1/2 away from my home. He is coming back every year to inspect the roof for 5 years. Outstanding company.

I can't say enough good about Brian Emmons Remodeling. They are fair, do an excellent job and communication is top notch!

The whole experience starts from the presentation. Ken and Irv were very professional at all time. Ken will explain to you from start to finish of what is going to take place during the replacement of your roof. Irv will do his best to make the price reasonable. By the time the presentation was finished and all our questions were answered Ken and Irv was in my home for over two hours. There goal is to make sure you are satisfied with what there company is offering and that it will make you happy for years to come. The company came out to the house on November 4th to begin the job. They got there around 8 am and the roof was completed by 4 in the afternoon. Even though the company needed to come back to finish some things that the forman did not know he was there to do. The owner Keith was professional at all times and made an appt with me to come out on November 6th in the afternoon to blow the insulation into the attic and replace the gutter. I am very happy with the work that was completed on my home. Last night I noticed how much warmer it was in the downstairs and upstairs since we insulated the home. Emmons is a fabulous company to deal with and even though the price may be a little high. Just remember you get what you pay for.

They were very prompt and thorough with their estimate which sold me on them, even though they were a little higher than the other 4 estimates we got. I felt confident they would do a good job and I was not disappointed. Mark came out and explained every detail of the job, step by step, and described the quality of the materials that were going to be used. They did a complete rip off, replaced 14 sheets of plywood, used snow and ice shield, new drip edging, flashing, smart vent, ridge vent, and solar roof fan.The crew was very thorough, professional and cleaned up everything. The job looks great!!!!! I highly recommend Emmons and I am so glad I had the;them do the job. I would definitely use them again.

Gentleman who came in seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, he never got back to us and left us hanging, and we were quite surprised because their Angie's List ratings were high. I called their office 3 times, and each time I was told that he was on it, that they were very interested in our business, and that someone would get back to us with a proposal. Still waiting months after . . . . .

I thought they were really good. After the job was all done, I discovered that they had to replace some of the roof and some of the wood. They actually went and replaced some of the wood but I discovered so much dirt in my attic. I don't know if it was appropriate for them to clean it up or not. It was a lot of dirt. They were more of a little expensive. I had a problem with their responsiveness afterwards.

Very professional & courteous, gave reasonable prices and honest answers. Will consider for the job.

They are wonderful. They get back to me right away. I've already signed up for them to do it, we are just waiting for the rain to stop.

The guys were early for their appointment. They were extremely focused on their work and very professional. They installed our attic fan in about 1.5 hrs of their arrival. They were quick and efficient. Great job!!!

Emmons Construction installed 2 very large windows for me. Upon removing one of them it was discovered that it had been leaking and it caused lost of damage underneath. They cut out all the damaged wood and replaced with new before installing the window and took lots of pictures to submit to the insurance company. They even talked to the insurance company to help me get some of the money back for the repairs. The crew they sent out did a great job and cleaned up nicely. I did have to call them out for a small issue and they came out very quickly to rectify the problem. I plan on using them again in the very near future to have the rest of my windows replaced.

Keith came out and spent quite some time looking over my situation before recommending a solution. He presented me with an estimate. I called a few days later and set up an appointment. They arrived when scheduled, did a great job and cleaned up when finished. My problem has been solved.

The work went very well. They were able to complete the work within one day. Everything went smoothly.

Mark came out on his 1st visit and gave us an estimate on a couple options for roofing and gutters on the spot. I got a couple estimates and I liked the balance of price and value. They got it done quickly, with quality and no mess. Most definitely would recommend for this kind of work!

They arrived on time and completed the work in one day. It was a windy day and debre was everywhere but they cleaned up everything. Even used a magnet to clean up any nails. The sales person was very thorough as to what they were going to do. I would definately use them again. Very professional company.

Keith Emmons was very cordial on initial visit. He communicated very well in relation to his diagnosis & estimate concerning problem areas with our roof. His workers were excellent--hard workers, focused on safety & very clean . A wonderful experience for us!

Not the highest or the lowest bidder. Estimator Bob Smith came out and gave an excellent Powerpoint presentation and showed us exactly what we were getting and the many included upgrades. On the day of the job, Ivan, the foreman, and his men did the job in one day. The owner Keith Emmons came out as well to make sure the job was done right. We certainly appreciated everyone's professionalism, quick work, and careful attention to prep, installation and clean up. Emmons is a Platinum Preferred status installer from Owens Corning and certainly deserves the title. Great experience!
