Absolutely awesome! Buck and Lee were professional, prompt, informative and very thorough and efficient. They were very friendly and took the time to explain all of the repairs that were completed. Most importantly honest. I wrote out the payment amount that my wife had given me. They went to leave only to return because I had written the check out for to much money.
Description of Work: Replaced electric panel box, repaired several outlets, installed a bathroom exhaust fan, installed a few GFI outlets, repaired ceiling fan, trouble shooted outside outlets that were not working, disconnected three old base board heaters and other issues that he discovered while reviewing our electrical service.

I needed some electrical work done on my mother's house in Cherry Hill so I called Buck on Friday and was told he had another job in the same town as my mom's on Sunday morning and should be done between 11:00-12:00. Said he would call when he was done other job & would meet me right after. On Saturday, I received a phone call from Buck asking if we could change the appointment to Sunday. I explained that our appointment was already on Sunday. He remembered and said he would give me a call when he was done his other job on Sunday morning. I arrived at my mom's house at 11:45 (I do not live in Cherry Hill). Since I knew he was working in the same town, I didn't want him to have to wait for me. At 12:20, I called and left Buck a message. At 12:38, I received a return call from his assistant. He said they were finishing up the other job, and would be there in about an hour. When I questioned why an hour, he explained that they were in Delran. I told him that Delran is not an hour from Cherry Hill; maybe 20-30 minutes. He told me he wasn't from the area and didn't know. He became very defensive. He said that Buck "is just finishing up with the customer and will call you when he's done". I told him I did not want to wait another hour & to please have Buck call me. I'd heard nothing by 1:40, so left and came home. At 1:54, Buck called to say he was finished his job and was on his way (obviously his assistant was lying when he said Buck was just finishing up with the customer @ 12:38). I told him I was no longer there and had waited 2 hours. I said, "It would have been a good idea for you to call me & let me know your job was not in Cherry Hill this morning". With that, he became extremely rude, saying"I told you I would call when I was done my other job!" I started to explain, when he said,"And you were flip with my assistant so I don't want your business!!" He hung up on me. {All he needed to do was be honest and own up to his mistake--we all make mistakes.} This is no way to run a business. Buck is obviously over-committed with jobs, disorganized and has poor time management skills. His unprofessionalism is appalling and I would not recommend this company.

I initially left a voicemail and received a return call within 24 hours. An appointment was scheduled for the next day (Saturday) with an "afternoon" appointment, and promise that I would get a phone call before noon on Saturday with a clearer time frame. Saturday morning passed without any contact. At approximately 2pm I reached out for an update and was asked if we could reschedule for early Sunday because he was running behind on jobs. We agreed on a 9:30am Sunday appointment. Sunday morning passed, again with no contact. I reached out late morning and left a voicemail that I would not be needing service. No work was performed at my home.
Description of Work: I contacted Buck's to have a light fixture installed. No work was actually performed.

That's unfortine you remember it that way. I was busy I work 7 days a week but made accomadations and told you I don't do what cable guys do and make you wait all day so I would contact you.I was at one of my re-curing customers and found danderious conditons I was in an attic sweating and working with live electric,I am trying to find the problem .Thats why you got my assistant,and yes theres two sides to a story but I was told you gave hime an attitude and a third degree about travel time since you run it everyday.I'm sorry were not cloned or fast enought.Are customers say differantly I give my customers 100% of my attention and lots of freebies as I would have you as you were a customer thats why you were a referel from a realator .You also call me after my shedule in done and I fit you in on a "Sunday" ?.So you in your professional apinion I can't handle the work.Amazing since I've completed whare house's,Amusment parks,Center city grand stores,etc.etc and take care of my customers as they we my family.But I will not hve some one get sarcastic to my employees and by no means am I requierd to work in a hostile enviorment.P.S. I remenber distantley tell you about being sarcastic to my help and replied maybe you'd be happy with another contractor...lol and hung up no yelling,no confortation just move on. so I hope you thatnk god for the ability to be so wonderful online ,Thank you. It was a very professional experience, I am very pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: complete service upgrade to 150 amp service and other minor fixes. Also put dedicated line to bathroom where it was necessary. Overall very professional, friendly and did a very good job. My electrical problems have been fixed. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Half of the electricity in our house went out on a Saturday night. We logged onto Angie's List found Buck's Electric. We called and within 10 minutes we received a return call and 10 minutes later Buck's Electric was at our house. He diagnosed the problem immediately gave us a quote and was at our house the following day on time to fix the problem. The price was very reasonable and we received quality service.
Description of Work: Replaced entire electrical panel and will replace outside service cap.

Overall I am very pleased with the work I needed to have done, and the professional manner and safety considerations he displays while conducting the work.
Description of Work: Keith did an excellent job in installing ceiling fans, lighting, running lines and installing outlets both interior and exterior. Great work for a competitive price. I wouldn't call anyone else. He also installed a new electrical box. He did the work quickly and professionally.
