Rafael was very professional, respectful and efficient. We are very pleased with the two roofs he did for us. He came on time and answered all our questions, took great care in the roof replacements.. Also happy to have cleared clogged downspouts. An honest man and his crew was very nice. We recently bought an older home and we had some trees removed from our property that were hanging over the roof. Large branches wore the shingles off and water could get pinto the house. I called AMJ and Rafael came out the next day to inspect the damage. He gave me a quote and I accepted it and the very next day he came back and made all the repairs. The roof is now repaired and we have no leakage. He also stabilized the downspouts. They do great work and are very reasonable with their pricing. Thank you for the excellent service Rafael!

I needed some work after wind damage. There was also a leak that needed to be addressed. Rafael came out very quickly and gave a reasonable estimate. They scheduled within 2 weeks, and made the repairs as we agreed. They also cleaned up all of the materials. No issues, and I am planning to use them again.

Theres a huge disconnect from the owner who does the work, to the stay home mom that focuses more on her two children then a task at hand, her daughter was destroying my store!!! His son, Impressive! Also, When an individual is hiring her husband who is the boss and a good man. For her to treat that customer AS SOON AS SHE WALKS IN THE DOOR of my store, To step back, pause show an obvious lack of comfort, then ask for my wife then ask several other questions before she realizes that she has to speak with me. As someone thats paying 5K for a job, A little warm and fuzzy feeling might be nice. Also, it was a difficult task to get them to close out the permit. I had to do the leg work at city hall. In his defense, they are a little backwards, but If I did it, im sure he could have as well. Overall, good man, decent price. He was willing to wait until we sold our house before he collected the balance. Just dont deal with the wife!! And for goodness sakes, dont have any thing fragile around the girl!

This contractor provided explanations and causes related to the problem. He was highly professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely use him again in the future if needed.

We had a contractor come and build a screened in porch with a flat roof. The contractor was awful and unable to get the roof correct it leaked every time it rained! We received a couple of quotes From different companies but Rafael came from AMJ and gave us a very fair quote. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge Of the repairs needed to get the roof correct. AMJ took their time on the job to be sure the roof would never leak again. They also noticed something on the existing roof that needed a little repair and they threw that in as well. The first time it rained after getting the roof done I knew that our nightmare was over! It has been a few months with no incident we are so happy with the job they did. The guys were so professional. They didn t rush the job they cleaned up every bit of debris. I will definitely use them in the future to do my whole roof.
