They were prompt in coming out.Roof was leaking into master bedroom causing part of the cieling to fall. Was first told that the leak was found then was told that leak could be from numerous areas and was not sure were it was coming from.Was told that it would be more economical to replace whole roof at a cost of 7800.00! to ensure no leaks including replacing the flat roofs on the house.The roof is only 15 years old and the cost to replace it in 2003 was 1650.00 by MAK construction(not including the flat roofs).I had MAK come out and they found the leak and are repairing it for 460.00.A big difference.I wish when contractors don't want to attempt a job they would just tell you not give you a verbal estimate that you have no choice but to say no.Also no written estimate was given as of this time 48 hours after the visit.MAK gave me one on the spot.Being a homeowner for over 30 years I know this tactic very well.3 stars for being prompt and on time.0 stars for not being able to determine were leak was and giving us a verbal estimate through the roof!.0 stars for not suppling a written estimate to my email.Can't comment on,their work but according to other reviews it looks good.I would also like others to know that I did tell the contractor that I would call him back that same afternoon with my desicion(which I did not)because I had hired MAK by that time and never received a written estimate.Thank You

They perform better than they look. Shaves, haircuts, and clean uniforms would improve their professional appearance. Otherwise, time will tell how well their work has been done.

Rafel was such a pleasant person to work with. He repaired the area of my roof that was causing the problem and now everything is resolved. I will hire him back to replace the entire roof in the near future. His price was fair, arrived on time and left the area clean when the job was completed.
