Before meeting Joe and Cheryl at a home show I was skeptical of cabinet refacing. Mind you Joe, I believe is 74, he is a great salesman no pressure only details and facts. They had before and after physical work, explained the process and demonstrated the draw hardware (it's the best I've seen). You know you were getting quality. How? The draws are birch and dovetailed, a clear sign of quality doors solid and all soft close. Mike was our installer, quite, gentile tech. Clean, neat and he was done in 4 days. The home was lined with floor tarps and the kitchen area sealed off with plastic tarp floor to ceiling. We are waiting out new appliances and will post pictures soon. I can highly recommend American Kitchen Remodeler. Their work is professional, thank you Mike for your great work and attention to detail.

American Kitchen Refacing did a fabulous job. Not only did they reface our cabinets, installed new doors, new drawers, but also built us a custom pantry that we've been needing since we bought the house. They were professional the entire time and we would highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: |The gentleman came to my home and my husband was out he indicated that he really did not want to deal with just me and would prefer my husband be there. Instead of giving me a fully complete written estimate he wrote a number on the back of his business card. I cannot comment on the service that they would have provided but I was insulted by the way he came across. I am a business woman and make many decisions regarding our home. Shouldn't have to have a man present to do that. What do they do when there is "no man of the house"? I will not be using them, what a waste of $199

Description of Work: We did a "door and drawer" replacement in the kitchen of our condo. Everyone from the sales person to the measurer / installer was a pleasure to deal with. The final product looks very nice, and provided a dramatic improvement in the look of the kitchen.

Description of Work: Estimator explained everything very thoroughly so we knew exactly what to expect. Price for a large kitchen with 41 cabinets & drawers seemed fair. The work was completed within the time frame specified and the installer was tidy and did a nice job of cleaning up. We are receiving many compliments on the new look in the kitchen.

Description of Work: It was a joke. It was a sales pitch for new cabinets. The amount I paid would be discounted off the entire price of the cabinets. I paid $199 for a sales pitch. Very misleading advertising, very disappointing.

Description of Work: they came in an advised me that what I requested would cost more than I wanted to spend, so they offered me a viable alternative and my new cabinet doors will be installed in the fall due to a backlog of what I want to replace my current cabinets with....I have no problem waiting as this will allow me to save more money to put towards the final cost of the service. Danny, Mike and Cheryl have been wonderful to work with and very helpful.

Description of Work: Today we had our first appointment. Dan measured our kitchen and showed us sample doors. We are getting new cabinets as opposed to refacing. He explained to us the types of cabinets to choose from and how they are made and what is included. He will also refer us to the countertop person. We are going with quartz instead of granite. He told us he was on Angie's list and my husband decided to look him up. So here we are. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the information he gave us. I think we may choose him to do our kitchen.
