After submitting a request through Angie’s List, Bucks never responded. Not sure how they could receive a favorable rating from Angie’s List if they don’t even acknowledge requests sent through Angie’s List. Doesn’t look good for either Angie’s or the service provider.

Excellent, prompt and reasonable

I called several times to get an appt. - the first time, the woman on the phone said they would try to fit me in the next day and she would call me back. I never got the call and had to call again, to find out that they could not fit me in. OK. I tried the following Monday, asking for a Friday appt. She said she would call me back. By late Tuesday, no phone call, so I called again, and she told me that the estimator could come on Friday. I asked if that person would do the work, and was told, no, they would only give me an estimate. I asked if I could just get an electrician to come and do the work, and the answer was no, that's not how they work. Unbelievable. I went with someone else.

They took care of the permits with the city and made the process very easy. I have also used them to do regular electrical work. They come on time, do the work, clean up after themselves. I trust them and the services will be done at a fair price.

They were really good. We didn't have the whole house re-done, only certain things. They were prompt, honest, clean and professional. The price was fair for what they did. They were awesome.

Buck always shows up when he says he will, fully details the problems and gives very competitive pricing. He is easy to deal with and I highly recommend him for all electrical needs.
