They were all friendly, professional and answered any questions that we had. They cleaned up our property after they removed all debris and they even replaced the fence that we had to move to get their equipment into the backyard. Tom and Josh were fabulous... not only did they do the foudation work (the foundation was GONE), they also did a complete ly gutted the kitchen and bathroom, and did a beautiful remodel. In addtion, they did the needed reapirs to the bedrooms, and living room including the entire ceiling -- due to the floundation issues, the cracks were all over (BEFORE they started). They got the floor to a more level position and fixed all those cracks that had been there for years. They cared about our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up after themselves and obviously took great pride in their work. We were so pleased with every aspect. They stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date on progress and issues as they arose. I am so impressed with them, I am scheduling them to do a remodel at my other home. And as an additonal note, my subcontractors (electrician, countertop guy and flooring guy also shared how impressed they were working with Tom and Josh. My other contractors mentioned that they are not use to working with such friendly people who willingly stayed and explained the project. Each one independently told me how impressed they were with Wise Choise Construction. I absolutely made the RIGHT choice -- the WISE choice in choosing them. You will not go wrong with them.
