I hired all county to replace a glass shower enclosure. I am very sorry I did. The original work was good, however the price was very high. I requested gold tone to match my existing bath fixtures. They gave me this, however they never told me the materials would be sub-standard. After about a year the finish started peeling off and the hinge was corroding to the point that it hardly shut properly (see photos). I contacted them to PAY for a replacement of the hinges and enclosure to chrome that wouldn't look horrid and after several emails and phone calls, they refused to do the work. They wouldn't even give me a quote and I know it was the owner that made this decision. Bottom line - forget them. They couldn't care less about the product and service they provide and if you have a problem, they WILL NOT work with you to correct it.

This company is a ripoff. They are very unprofessional and they lie about everything. Would not recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: Replaced a cracked glass in a kitchen casement window. Said it would be done in a week, but I had to keep calling them. Also was suppose to replace the cranks on the windows but they showed up without them saying they were not ordered. Would be another two weeks for them. After two weeks I had to keep calling them and they finally admitted that they were not ordered. I ordered them myself from anderson windows and had the parts in two days. Installed them myself.

Contracted with them to replace a cracked window pane in a casement window and two operating systems. Originally said it would take 7-10 days for the parts to come in. After 2 weeks I called them several times with one excuse after another. Finally, 1 month later the installer showed up without even calling me to tell me he was on his way. I had to call them and find out. Charged me over $300.00 for a $62.00 pane of glass. When the service tech came he didn't have the two handles and operating systems that John (the owner) said he would have to order. Found out that they were never ordered. The service tech got the model info and said it would take 7-10 days to get the parts in. Again after not hearing from them for 2 weeks I called them and asked if the parts had come in, only to find out that they had not been ordered. They said John would have to call me back since the parts were expense (around $200.00). I called Anderson directly and spoke with their technician who ordered the right parts for me for $96.00. The next day I received a call from All County Glass & Mirror saying that the parts would be $290.00. These guys are rip-off artists. Would never use them again.
