They're the ones that did a wonderful job in the past two seasons on the maintenance and upgrades, they've been terrific. They're terrific. With the oil delivery, they keep tabs on the weather so that they know how much your using and so you know it never is on the low side. I've recommended them to others.

They haven’t had a price increase in service for the last 10 years. They came to my house in the middle of Thanksgiving dinner when I had no heat. It was amazing. They are incredible.

Chris Van Doren did, in fact, come that afternoon, took a quick measurement, called his dispatcher, and together they decided to make an attempt the next morning. Van Doren's truck arrived first thing in the a.m., got halfway up the drive and was able to pull the hose the rest of the way. They were done in 10 minutes, I had a full oil tank, and everyone was happy. Absolutely impeccable customer service. They kept their promises, were on time, and worked with me. We are definitely switching to this company as the headaches with my prior company just are NOT worth it, especially in this weather. Excellent service, and I felt they worked with me to achieve the common goal. I've seen some reviews on other sites which say that Van Doren is more expensive. To be honest, the prices are the same as my old company's quote from this week, but Van Doren has a variety of plans to work with every customer. So, that's helpful. My opinion is that they are worth it as I need someone to show up when promised and get the job done, and they did. Period.

Our furnace was not working when we woke up on a Sunday morning. I called the answering service around 8:30 AM and within one hour a service rep was at our door to make the repairs. He answered all of my questions and made the repairs within about two hours. He cleaned up and left us with a working furnace. We were very pleased not only with the quality of his work, but with the care and attention he gave us. Van Doren is a family run business that clearly cares about its customers.
