Professional, Quickly diagnosed problem

Jim and Tyler came to replace our kitchen faucet. They came an hour early and quickly replaced the faucet. Very knowledgeable. Also, fair price for their service. Note: I called Jim 2 days earlier and confirmed if they serviced Bridgewater area. Although Angies list does not show them to be servicing Bridgewater, I suggest you call them.

We were quite pleased with their prompt and knowledgeable service. They weren't afraid to get their hands dirty - and they were dirty! Nice guys, with a fair price for what they did.

Once I explained the issues with Jim, he got right on it. He fixed the kitchen drain very quickly. I had removed a small area of drywall under the shower drain where he could see the leaking shower drain prior to his arrival. He took a look and went up to the shower and removed some old caulking and replaced the caulking in the bottom of the drain. He told us to let the caulk set for a couple of days before using the shower. Unfortunately, when we checked the shower in a couple of days, it was still leaking. I discovered that it was leaking where he had not caulked. I caulked that area myself later and fixed the problem. Had he not been in such a rush to fit us in between jobs, he likely would have been able to fix the leak, Jim was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and seemed to know what he was doing. He carried enough parts in his truck and didn't have to spend time getting the parts needed to fix the kitchen sink drain. We were pleased with his work.

Exceeded expectations and a good price

I called the office at 10am on a Friday and spoke with a very nice woman who said John, the owner, and Tyler could come out that same day between 12 and 2. She called again around 1:00 to say they were on their way to arrive in about a half hour which was spot on. John and Tyler couldn't have been nicer. They listened to the jobs we wanted and got right to work. Polite, professional, experienced, careful guys.

Disassembled both bathtub (leaking) valves and replaced my previously replaced (by me) top-hat washers with better ones. No leaks now and better water flow. Checked slow leaking bathroom sink and explained that I would need a new faucet, but, he did semi-repair it. I'll call him back to install in the near future after I purchase a new sink. Was a pleasure to do business with them.

John, the owner came to perform the service. He arrived on time same day. He was very good at his job. Nice guy.

I called them late morning and before 6 pm the same day, everything was fixed. Everyone in the company was so helpful and competent.

I think went very well. The Robert Walker office to call that the plumber was on the way and would be arriving soon. Jim arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly. Jim was able to fix/ replace the small piece of pipe between the elbows in about 1/2 hour. Jim also took care of a leaky laundry facet in the same area during that same 1/2 hour.

I called the office and spoke with a woman. Said that ?Jim? would call me - been over a week - no call.

I had an exterminator (Viking Pest) down in my crawlspace who noticed that on very far side of my ranch style house, a part I never get to see, he found a large amount of water coming from a broken drain pipe.. I called Robt Walker Plumbing and they were out at the house within an hour. They came with two men because when they work in a crawlspace it's too difficult with just one. They went down and assessed the break and I was told that they could put in a new section of pipe. They were there working on it for about 30-40 min and said it was all fixed. I braced myself for the bill but was very pleasantly surprised that it was only $200. Both Jim and Tyler were extremely professional and courteous and I would not hesitate for a moment to have them come back to repair my plumbing.

.I originally called Walker Plumbing because our kitchen sink was backing up and other issues. They set up an appointment the next day even though they were busy with frozen pipes. In the meantime we tried the baking soda vinegar routine. John arrived right on time the next morning. He said we had apparently cleared the kitchen sink problem and wouldn't need to do any snaking. Another (different issue) was that I had mistakenly dropped my ring in the bathroom sink overflow hole. This was a big problem because the channel was all clogged. But John worked diligently on it and managed to retrieve it. Then I asked him to look at a faucet which had no cold water flow. He promptly replaced the shutoff valve and all was well. We couldn't have asked for more responsive and efficient service. Thank you very much John!

They were great. They got the job done about 30 minutes. The plumber was fantastic.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They were running a little late from the previous job, so the office (Kathy) called to let us know. When they arrived, I pointed out 3 pin hole leaks in the basement and crawl space. They evaluated the leaks and finished the repairs very quickly. While they were there, I asked them to look at broken shower nipple. The pipe had corroded and broken off at the elbow in the wall. I had failed to remove the threads on my own, so asked if they could try. They made a valiant effort to remove the threads, but were not successful. We discussed options, but I decided not to do anything since I plan to remodel that bathroom within two years. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. They will definitely be my first choice in the future.

We've used them twice and it's not hard to get them to come out. They had to come back a second time and they didn't charge us again for the service fee which was nice. They do a good job and the price is reasonable. They are nice, friendly people and we would probably use them again.

Called at 7:40 am and my job was completed by 12:55. Time was of the essence as I am having company tomorrow for a week and had to leave by 3:00 for a Dr. appt. Kathy was excellent in keeping me informed of the time, and assuring that I would make my Dr. appt, even going so far as to have the plumber come to me before his lunch break. The threaded piece of the arm broke off and was stuck in the pipe. Another plumber (family, of all things) was going to break through the wall to replace the pipe. This company had a little tool that got out the stuck thread and simply replaced the arm. He even asked if I had another arm to use to save the cost of using his supplies. All in all it only took 15 minutes. So was $135 reasonable for 15 minutes time? To me it was. I got immediate service which is what I needed and a no-mess job that required no clean up. Could you imagine the mess of ripping out some sheetrock with everything else i have to do to get ready for company? Will definitely make this company my go to for plumbing needs.

The plumber came quickly after I called. He recommended one size pump that would meet our needs. He did a thorough job. The new sump pump works fine.

I have used this provider for several years and find him to be excellent. He has come to my house on very short notice for emergencies and non emergencies. He has replaced a sump pump, put in an outside faucet, fixed a broken toilet, repaired a tub valve and made other plumbing repairs over the years. He does an excellent job, charges a reasonable fee, and is very pleasant. His secretary is also very nice and helpful.

This was my first time using this company. I found them today after reading their reviews on Angie's list. They had a plumber here within 2 hours of my call and he replaced the outdoor faucet that had broken. I'd definitely use this company again.

.We picked up the parts ($300.plus) and he installed it. The toilet is working fine. We have used them over the past 15 years many times. They are always reliable.

Very professional and courteous. Performed the work quickly and neatly.
