Great! They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up perfectly.

Not able to do the complete drain job. Power failure in area was not their fault but they said only the service fee would be forgiven. Bill was over $400 since paying for 2 plumbers. They needed to protect the carpet and we allowed them to use protective cover. They should have been prepared with their own cover. Repairing the toilet device minor but was done correctly. No problem with the repair of shower knob either. Thought they were a rip off

It was OK. they came reasonably quick and fixed it. moderate price for small repair done in less than an hour. replaced two inches of copper pipe. there was a union at the end so not much soldering to be done. Two guys showed up. One did the work, the other sat in the van. All in all I would use them again.

Very helpful, tried to save me money by avoiding unnecessary services. Passed along very good recommendations for other services.

They did what they could but leaks kept occurring. My husband ended up tearing down the whole ceiling and replacing the copper pipes with PEX.

Came to evaluate my 20 year old water softener that was barely working. I was preparing to be told it needed to be replaced but he fixed it for their minimum visit charge.

Mr. Walker came out the same day I called, and had the work done in under 10 minutes. He was very polite and friendly.

Very quick and efficient work. Jim installed the new shower supply elbow and hand held connection plus got everything working and tested while Tyler installed the new toilet. They were in and out in an hour and everything is working great. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Very well. They took apart the diverter and repaired it returning the shower to working order in less than 1 hour.

I called at 10pm to schedule an immediate replacement for the water main located in my basement. They were able to fit me in at 9am the next morning which couldn't have been better timing. The team showed up on time and ready to replace the water main. After completing the service quickly, he let me know to call him if there were any other leaks found in other spots. Later that day we called him back since we were so impressed with their service, we wanted them to fix another leak we found (not related to the spot they fixed earlier that day). The team came back same day and resolved the other issues. 
I really can't stress enough how great this company is. I highly recommend their service to everyone. As a homeowner for 2 years now, they are a breath of fresh air and I will be using their services for many years to come!

Jim and Tyler came to replace our kitchen faucet. They came an hour early and quickly replaced the faucet. Very knowledgeable. Also, fair price for their service. 
Note: I called Jim 2 days earlier and confirmed if they serviced Bridgewater area. Although Angies list does not show them to be servicing Bridgewater, I suggest you call them.

We were quite pleased with their prompt and knowledgeable service.  They weren't afraid to get their hands dirty - and they were dirty!  Nice guys, with a fair price for what they did.

Once I explained the issues with Jim, he got right on it.  He fixed the kitchen drain very quickly.  I had removed a small area of drywall under the shower drain where he could see the leaking shower drain prior to his arrival.  He took a look and went up to the shower and removed some old caulking and replaced the caulking in the bottom of the drain.  He told us to let the caulk set for a couple of days before using the shower.  Unfortunately, when we checked the shower in a couple of days, it was still leaking.  I discovered that it was leaking where he had not caulked.  I caulked that area myself later and fixed the problem.  Had he not been in such a rush to fit us in between jobs, he likely would have been able to fix the leak,
Jim was very polite and professional.  He worked quickly and seemed to know what he was doing.  He carried enough parts in his truck and didn't have to spend time getting the parts needed to fix the kitchen sink drain.  We were pleased with his work.

Exceeded expectations and a good price

I called the office at 10am on a Friday and spoke with a very nice woman who said John, the owner, and Tyler could come out that same day between 12 and 2. She called again around 1:00 to say they were on their way to arrive in about a half hour which was spot on. John and Tyler couldn't have been nicer. They listened to the jobs we wanted and got right to work. Polite, professional, experienced, careful guys.

Disassembled both bathtub (leaking) valves and replaced my previously replaced (by me) top-hat washers with better ones. No leaks now and better water flow. Checked slow leaking bathroom sink and explained that I would need a new faucet, but, he did semi-repair it. I'll call him back to install in the near future after I purchase a new sink.
