Selling a home is stressful because there are so many unknown variables. Laura and her team helped relieve a lot of our stress because they are knowledgeable and experienced and understand what it takes to make a home attractive to buyers. We had multiple offers within 4 days of listing our home. Laura and her team created a cohesive look that photographed beautifully for the online listings. Potential buyers could see themselves living in our home because of the natural and welcoming feel she created. Even though it had been professionally staged, it still looked like a home rather than a design showpiece. Working with Laura was effortless. She was responsive, answered all of our questions, met with us to understand our home and how best to market it. She gave us three proposals that allowed us to choose what we could afford and what we needed most. Her proposal was fast and very professional. On the day of staging, she had a professional team and bonded movers who executed the design that had already been created. After they had set everything up, they left the house neat as a pin. A photographer she had recommended and arranged the timing with took pictures the same day and we were able to put everything on line the following day. The turnaround was so quick. Going in to this process, we were not sure if staging would make a difference in our home sale. Now we understand what a difference staging can make. It was the difference between having a house sit on the market and having a quick sale.
