Excellent. Frank found the doors we wanted and installed 6 within less than 2 days (our doors were not entirely easy and not square at all). Everything was left tidy and we are extremely satisfied. Also Frank’s quote was much less than other contractors who bid on the job and not so cheap that I was worried about completion or quality. He was, simply put, fair.

Frank did an excellent job for us! We had a punch list of many items that had to be repaired around the house, including caulking, repairing cracked crown molding, installing bathroom towel holders and hooks, fixing sticking doors, just to name a few. Frank has a great attitude and the experience to fix/install anything. We are very particular and were very pleased with the work. We will definitely be calling him back.

Very quickly. Called for an appointment and I was immediately contacted by Frank. He came, as we had agreed upon, on time and worked quickly. Frank was always communicating and always reachable.

Called two times - left VM to explain the work to be done. Guess the work was too small so did not bother to call. I would have expected at least a return call to let me know that he cannot work on it. F because of lack of professionalism.

We recently bought a house and had a "punch list" of stuff and needed a good, reliable, knowledgeable professional and Frank was PERFECT! He helped me select the proper materials necessary to complete the work, showed up on time and did some really complex fixture installation and cleaned up better than I would myself. He is SUPER pleasant as well, a true gentleman!

Frank was amazing and very professional !! He came in and did a wonderful job. He hung couple of heavy mirrors, paintings and decorative hangings for a very reasonable price ! Most of these required special anchors/brackets and Frank took the pain to find us the perfect ones and hung them all perfectly ! We also had few last minute requests for some odd repair work but he completed them all in no time and knew exactly what to do to fix them . Apart from him professionalism , he was very friendly and great to work with ! I strongly recommend Frank and we will definitely work with him again in the future.

Beyond expectations. Estimate for time and materials was reasonable, measurements were exact, quality of materials and workmanship excellent. Also, communications with and follow-up by Mr. Pedalino were great. Have never used this contractor before, but I would not hesitate for a moment to use him again.

I ordered the new storm door and Frank came and installed a veneer of wood to cover the damaged door frame. He matched a new threshold since it needed to be raised slightly to meet the bottom of the new door. He did an excellent job of installing the door as well.

Frank is a wonder. He is very patient and listens to your needs. He will even do small jobs with enthusiasm! I would highly recommend him. His work is excellent and he is very reliable. Hard to find these days.

Fantastic! Looks as if a brand new house. Adding all trim and especially matching height of floor and new nose trim to stairs wasn't a challenge as Frank is a master at his craft. Creative, professional, and pleasant.

The work went well and the job was done in two days. Frank even left his tall ladder for me to use to finish the painting of the newly replaced wood siding. He was very professional, knew how to correct my water damage issues and now I don't have to worry about this happening again in the future.

Frank was easy to work with, and replied to my emails on the same day that I sent them. We contracted for the work during the winter, with the understanding that it would be taken care of when the weather was suitable. It wasn't an emergency to get it done; my husband and I had been talking about getting the columns and railings replaced for over a year, and we finally got around to it. Frank helped with the inspection process, and was good about reviewing with us what he would do before he did it. Frank and his partner installed the columns quickly and in one day. They replaced the wood columns with fiberglass, so I'm confident that they will last as long as we need. He sub-contracted out the railing installation and painting; both did very good work, and also were responsive. In fact, I'm definitely keeping the contact info for the painter! I'll definitely also keep Frank in my contact list for future projects. It's a relief, to say the least, to work with a contractor that answers your calls, follows through, and works with reliable sub-contractors.

Frank was quick to respond to my initial phone call. He came promptly for the estimate. Frank was very professional & courteous. He cleaned up after he finished. What more can you ask? He is very reliable and we will definitely use him again!

I own a condo in NJ and I moved out of state. My tenant needed work done and my usual contractor was not available. Frank responded right away. He was easy total to, friendly and courteous. He made appointments with my tenant, gave me an estimate and provided the services. He was prompt, and gave a fair price for the work. I am happy to know that i have someone I can trust to call on to take care of any repairs. I highly recommend him, and I will call on him in the future.

Frank was great. He performed work as needed, was on time and neat. He worked within our budget and was able to complete the job and adapt as needed when you do repair work in older homes.
