Overall, we're happy with he job. The floor looks great. Installation crew should have spent 10 minutes before start of job to cover furniture in the area where they were installing. I did it.

Gary was fantastic at contacting us and following up with any questions. We asked for the entire house to be worked on so he worked a schedule to start with the second floor first so the first floor did not get damage while they were working on the second. He also accommodate to our schedule. We had to leave town for a couple of days and he was flexible in re-scheduling us. The work was done very promptly. The stairs was something that most contractors came to see and told me there was nothing they can do, Gary found a solution and the flooring looks fantastic now. Gary work with us the entire way through the renovation, he had the knowledge of floor installation so he was very good at answering questions right away and coming up with ideas. Even though he schedule the work for 2 days for each floor, the work was finish in a day and half. The staff showed up on time and they were extra careful of not letting my cats out of the house which shows that they took a good look around. They also asked us for felt to put in the furniture and they put it in every single piece of furniture including the smallest tables, I thought that show an extra small touch of caring about what they were doing. Finally we were not happy with the quarter round they provided we called to get it switch, it was ordered and installed at no extra charge. There were two parts on the house where the floor was a bit uneven before other contractors told me I had to get that repaired before they could start the work Everlast took care of that with no issues or extra cost. Approx square footage was 1,200.

Everlast Floors were early. They sent the people in and they got it all done. It was nice.
